Close to Eiffel Tower! ? All people were kind and helpful! It is small.

The location was great. The rooms were extremely small especially if you’re in 501. The walls were slanted inwards, and with the TV mounted on the wall, you are bound to hit your head every time you walk by. EVERY TIME. And listen - we aren’t big or tall people so …

It’s very convenient location, few minutes walk to Trocadéro. Gianni is very nice and friendly and helpful. There is a thief in the cleaning staff. My wallet with money was stolen during our week stay. We didn’t realize it until we were unpacking our stuff when we get home. The wallet was on my purse’s zippered pouch. I reported it right away. I called the hotel and spoke with Darius. Hopefully the Hôtel manager will do something about it. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

This was a 10/10 experience! The staff were warm and kind! They were extremely helpful especially the night time receptionist. I Would definitely stay here again.

Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet location, we had good night sleep. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower/Metro/Monet museum and restaurants. Overall the location is great. Room can be better, but we were hardly in the room, always out anyway. Elevator would be nice if you have luggage to carry, however the staff helped us carry the BIG luggage

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Did not like odor deterrent. Shower sprayed all over the floor. Breakfast was not to our taste. Room was small

Location was great. Staff were very friendly Cash register was broken into the first night we were there and my credit card info was compromised but they did let us know right away

Very nice location, safe and clean. Asked for two twins upon booking, got one bed and the guy at the desk wouldn't take a postcard to mail from the hotel so I had to wander around paris looking for a post box. Most hotels will nicely mail guests' postcards.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about it. First of all, the location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made getting around the city so convenient! The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and felt at home. The breakfast was wonderful too

Location is excellent - can't be faulted there. Room was not serviced during the 3 nights we stayed - for the price, I think towels at least should be provided each day. There was no sign to hang on door requesting, so the default should be to service the rooms. We were in room 504 - paint peeling on ceiling of the bathroom and the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in years (again at this price the expectation would be a shower door). Aircon did not work in the room. Staff at reception unfriendly - not like other service we experienced in Paris. Similar hotel with better rooms and staff nearby.

Was staying for marathon - great location about 10min walk from start/finish. Room small but more than adequate; bath as well as shower; quiet; Excellent breakfast Near Trocadero so plenty of closeby restaurants/near metro/hoponoff tourist bus

It was so charming , clean, pristine and super staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect location with only a few minutes walk to the metro, Eiffel Tower, river Seine, and fantastic cafes and shops. Absolutely everything was perfect

Location was fantastic - very close to Trocadero and Eiffel Tower and Metro stations. Some lovely cafe's close by to enjoy nice Parisian breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although room was small, bathroom was clean and tidy and shower was excellent. Room was a bit on the small side. Lift only able to have 2 people with rucksacks...

We had a lovely stay at this compact yet clean and well-equipped hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was a noisy group of guests who kept us up until the early hours, but that was more about timing and not a reflection on the hotel itself.
