Very comfortable room in the first floor.A bit of noise from the doors on the same area but OK. Service was excellent especially Annika who took care of several requests including a last minute additional bed. Everything was great. Larger TVs would have been a plus.

The location in the 16th Ar., and proximity to the Batobus stop on the Seine and metro. The tub/shower combo. Very difficult to climb over the high side of the tub to be able to take a shower.

I liked the view of the Eiffel Tower from my room. The room was very small and I would have preferred a shower cubicle, rather than a hand shower in the bath tub. The breakfast was okay, although I expected a better variety.

Location of room was great . The location of the hotel was great. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and wonderful cafes I wish you provided wash cloths. I should have asked. Also the hair dryer did not work very well

We were traveling with our one-year-old child and arrived early around 11 AM. Even though check-in was at 3 PM, the staff prepared our room early, which was a huge relief for us. Throughout our stay, the staff were very professional and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent, and a special thanks to an Indonesian housekeeping lady who was extremely kind and went out of her way to assist us. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and well connected by metro to other main attractions. Highly recommended for great service and convenience. The only improvement would be to have more variety in the breakfast
