Quiet, comfortable room in a great location No complaints

The room was tiny

I've been staying in this hotel every time I am in Paris for more than 2 years already and the people are very warm when they welcome me back. Like a little piece of home away from home.

The rooms are very lovely and comfy! The breakfast is delicious. The location is ideal while also in a quiet street. The staff is really welcoming and nice. We loved our stay!

The hotel's location is very convenient - a 4-minute walk to Boissiere metro station and slightly further to Victor Hugo station. Trocadero and the Arc de Triomphe are also within walking distance. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, and always willing to help. Very good buffet breakfast, cosy and convenient rooms make this place an excellent choice for a business traveller.

Beautiful location, very nice and reasonably priced hotel. Extremely helpful and client-oriented staff makes the stay totally worth the money.

Good location in Paris, comfortable room and generally pleasant stay in terms of accommodation. Prior to my stay, my personal booking data was exposed due to a confirmed security incident acknowledged by the hotel. This led to a targeted phishing attempt using accurate reservation details. Despite the seriousness of the incident and multiple follow-ups, no explanation or goodwill gesture was offered by the property.

The air conditiong unit was difficult to use. There was a window that you could open, I just felt it was weird leaving it open at night being a single women traveler. And the rooms were ity bity, but that's just a Paris thing.

Location is perfect as it is very near the Eiffel tower and a lot of other attractions. Breakfast has no variety at all. A change in the meat or cheese would be a good start.

Easy to go around and great location

It was very clean

Bathroom was big, the staff was nice, it was a good location. They had a plumbing problem. There was no hot water from about 7 pm to about noon the next day. They didn’t inform us until when I tried to take a shower around midnight. I had to take two ice cold showers and wash my hair in ice cold water. I understand that problems happen. If they would’ve told us at 7 pm we could’ve tried to find another hotel.

The location was very convenient! The closet parking we could find was quite a distance and very expensive.

The location is great. The room was not what I reserved. The beds were extremely small and we kept falling out of the bed during the night because they were toddler beds and very uncomfortable and the mattresses were lumpy and leaning causing us to fall to the floor during the night. Also, the area where the hotel is located is not very clean or well kept with dog poop everywhere. I specifically requested the executive suite that I had previous and was given a different roo., smaller, but charged for the larger room. And the beds were so small our feet were hanging off and nit even enough room to move or you fall to the floor.

It was lovely, rooms are small, but quaint and extremely clean. It has a great location. Only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower.

It was clean and in a great location, near bus stops and a metro and the Arc de Triumphe.

The entire staff was great. The young lady at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. She was from Spain, sorry but I missed her name. We chose the larger room with a tub and handheld shower. It was very hard for my husband to get out of it. We should have gone with the shower.
