Beautiful building in a central location. Cool art deco styling througout the hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Great big corner room (luxury room) with lots of windows and typical Parisian balconies, with plants. Nothing. Great stay.

Good customer service. Originally I booked a junior suite with a living room but the room was too dark with a smaller window. The manager switched me to a deluxe room immediately with 3 floor to ceiling windows. Even though it was a smaller room, the room was a lot brighter. To make up for the price difference, he also comped morning breakfast without me even asking. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel and it's location. The rooms are all quite different so make sure you specifiy what you like.
