I’ll start with the staff, as they gave us our very first impression of the hotel. They were extraordinarily attentive, friendly, and welcoming—each person we interacted with was better than the last! Whatever we asked for, they helped us with immediately and efficiently. The Location: The location is excellent. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, and the metro station is also very close, making it super quick and easy to get to all the main attractions. The surrounding area felt very safe, peaceful, and pleasant. The Room & Cleanliness: We got lucky with our room, as it was spacious and larger than standard, which was a very nice surprise. It was exceptionally clean, with housekeeping tidying it up beautifully every single morning. Breakfast: We didn't opt for the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it, but everything else was top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Amazing place to stay! I completely recommend this hotel! The location was tranquil and felt safe! The room was clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I booked two rooms for five adults, with three adults staying in one room. When we arrived, I was shocked by how small the room was. It was clearly not suitable for three adults, particularly with luggage. The biggest issue was the third “bed”. It was essentially a fold-out chair with no proper mattress. I paid for accommodation for three adults and expected three proper beds, not a chair that was completely unsuitable for sleeping on. There was also virtually no space in the room for our luggage. We had two suitcases between the three of us, and they had to be positioned in a way that partially blocked the main entrance because there was nowhere else to put them. This raised serious safety concerns for me — in the event of a fire or emergency, accessing the exit would have been difficult and potentially dangerous. I raised the issue with the front desk the following day, and Chahrazad was very understanding and helpful. She explained that the larger room suitable for three people was reserved for wheelchair users and had already been booked. She kindly offered us complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated, but unfortunately this did not resolve the main issue. The staff themselves were lovely and tried to help, but the room allocation was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend booking this hotel for three adults in one room, and I would expect much better accommodation for the price paid. Unfortunately, the room and sleeping arrangements seriously impacted our stay, and I would not stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and pretty. The staff was very warm and helpful. Nice neighbourhood as well - quiet but still convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

New hotel, everything is new and clean! Great area but it takes 7 mins to walk to the metro station. But there is a bus too so not too bad

The location is quiet, and yet close to the RER and Metro Nothing

I loved our stay here! I loved the quiet but handy location, the comfy bed and pillows, the friendly staff! They were still there to welcome us when we arrived very late, and held our cases on our last day so we could make the most of our day before we headed to the airport. The room was kept clean and they refresh the coffee pods and water every day which was a welcome touch
