The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The receptionist Ekatrina was really nice and helpful to me. Good experience in Paris.

I liked that it was quiet and safe along with being among fabulous architecture Nothing that I wasn't aware of, further from tourists attractions so not as walkable as I had imagined

Location was nice. Room 28, had a bad sewer smell the last night of our stay. It was so bad we had to close the door to one of the room and 3 people had to sleep in one bed. Reception desk was understanding, but management is horrible. No, customer service!!!!

Excellent location just a 10 minute walk from Pointe Cardinet train station. Supermarket is directly across the road. The room was nice and clean, although a bit on the smaller side - wasn’t a problem for us as we weren’t in the room much! Having the two single beds pushed together to make the bigger bed wasn’t what I was expecting though. André helped us when we first arrived and he was extremely friendly, very welcoming & kind. I’d would stay here again if ever back in Paris.
