Did not have portable fans available during heat wave. The bartender took a one hour break, even though the hotel touts its Bougone wines. Also the bedroom has a weird window looking into the bathroom.

Comfortable bed. Room large enough for 2 people with 2 suitcases. Did not have portable fans available during heat wave. The bartender took a one hour break, even though the hotel touts its Bougone wines. Also the bedroom has a weird window looking into the bathroom.

The hotel lobby was spacious and airy, with great facilities including an outdoor area and bar. They also kindly upgraded us to a superior room, which was a very decent size While the room was spacious, the carpets were quite dirty with multiple visible stains, which made it feel less comfortable and well-maintained. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service. I do not usually like to single out staff members in reviews, but our experience was consistently poor. We simply asked for bottled water and fresh towels during our stay, as we did not require full room cleaning. On the first day, we were told water would be brought to the room, but it never arrived. On subsequent days, our requests were either ignored or met with a dismissive attitude. Although there was a language barrier at times, the overall interaction felt rude and unhelpful. It was disappointing to feel that such simple requests were an inconvenience.
