absolutely loved my stay. The location is perfect, the staff is incredibly kind and genuinely helpful, and the whole experience feels very personal and tailored to each guest. It truly feels like a customized service rather than a standard hotel stay. They also offer unique activities that you don’t usually find elsewhere, which made the experience even more special. Overall, I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back. They serve amazing matcha! And have the best collabs with gyms- if you are a health &fitness freak like me u definitely need to go! Also they are always hands on its a fit u have a personal butler! I loved everything!
