It said it had AC, it had a FAN. It was so so hot we couldn’t sleep.

Very dirty there was a cockroach
-
Location and view are quite central Quite friendly staff Not so close to actively used metros. We found a cockroach in our bathroom on the second day of the stay. Was a really unpleasant discovery for the price we paid to stay there. Though gladly they offered at least another room. Inconvenient to return the keys to the reception every time we left (once even the person was not at the reception and the entrance to hotel was closed, so we had to wait outside to enter )

It is too pricey for its size. The hotel is pretty small, and it smells - the carpet and the interiors. Too small.

Friendly staff Great location Room w/o AC

The room was clean, comfortable, and bigger than expected. It is a very short walk from the Metro. Many sites are within walking distance.

The room is nice and clean but the walls are very thin. We could hear the guests from the other rooms. The reception guy (Yan) very nice and welcoming. He’s the star of the show. Thin walls, drunk young guests next doors made a lot of noise at night.

place was very small compared to the pictures shown, carpet smells awful, weird elevator, everything is old and smelly , very thing cheap quality material used in the inside, toilet was small but not that bad, not worth it for all the price!!! I don’t recommend

- Beds were comfortable. -Good location close to the metro. -Tried to double charge. We prepaid prior to arrival but they told me upon check in that we had not prepaid. I said that we had and the attendant told me that I must have had a card problem. Luckily, I had a printed copy of the payment receipt. He then corrected the issue on his end by calling a manger. I did indeed prepay. -They also automatically tried to charge for breakfast. I told them I did not want it. They removed the charge. -We did get the breakfast one morning for 10 euro per person. It wasn’t worth the value. -Bathrooms did not vent well and it smelled slightly musty.

not helpful persons there. also there was no water in second floor.

You can't beat this location with it being so close to the Cadet Metro station. The hotel has a lift which is wonderful because the stairs are steep. Most of the front desk staff weren't friendly. We stayed in a single room for part of our trip that was older, dark, the floor was very slanted, and it didn't feel clean. We moved to a double room that was the complete opposite and was wonderful. I didn't like that you don't know what kind of room you'll be getting aside from the bed size. The breakfast wasn't worth the price.
