Nothing this isn’t a 5 star hotel maybe a 3 reviews are very misleading I did not like the location I did not like the room staff were friendly that’s all.

Nice staff, very helpful Comfortable bed. During my stay the property street was blocked not accessible by car due to street construction- this was not mentioned. It’s a Boutique hotel not a 5 star hotel. Misleading. Small rooms with barely any room for luggage and a tiny bathroom. No water bottle in room. Have Get from the filter in the hallway.

Very nice place! I loved interacting with the staff, and the room was comfortable. They even placed a water dispenser just outside the room, so I could enjoy both still and sparkling water anytime. The location was also great — close to many major attractions, making it very easy to get around. It was a bit strange that there wasn’t a kettle in the room, so every morning I went downstairs to ask for hot water. I actually enjoyed chatting with the staff during those moments, but it was a little inconvenient since sometimes I just wanted the option to make hot water in the room myself. The overall experience wasn’t five-star quality, but it was good enough for a comfortable stay. I also found it amusing and charming to casually see the staff taking a smoke outside or hopping on a scooter to go home. The only downside was that the reception staff didn’t know when my deposit would be refunded when I checked out, which left me a bit unsure.

Very nice staff. Lovely ambiance /aesthetic. Pool and hammam. Great location. Nice touches. The key system is a little odd.

Friendly staff The bathroom was good size The location is close to restaurants and shopping stores The rooms were small and not much space for luggage or items. They need to inspect items to make sure they are working such as safe, TV, coffee machine also need to inspect bathroom items to refill as in soap, tissue box and others

Piscine and spa - terrible Bed -size -client attention -no mini bar -bad quality products -quite dusty -stains in the cushions - not even offer to call a taxi - just NO a 5 stars hotel

The swimming pool and spa was excellent and also the breakfast was top notch

Room was tiny even by European standards.

We loved the location (near lots of restaurants/bars and not overly touristy). The staff were lovely and having private access to the pool/sauna was a nice extra. We would definitely stay here again!
