Air con was good - hot spell. Nice quiet room Good English & desk manned all the time We didn't have breakfast -so no food comment Happy to look after cases for us during following day

The room was very, very small, but well equipped, and had all the basics. The air conditioning was great, when it was on, but it kept resetting to 25 degrees, which is too warm for us.

Location and staff Lighting isn’t great, especially on the bathroom

Charming boutique Hotel, in a classical, but well preserved Parisian house, with excellent location. Friendly and always attentive staff, really making you feel “at home”. Recommend unreservedly. A flight of stairs, albeit short, is the only option to reach the elevator, not a very friendly option to guests with mobility issues.

location, staff, comfort Room was small.

No air conditioning until July. Noisy so sleep in heat or open windows to loudness. Very congested area. Room was small and elevator still required dragging bag up 5 stairs on each end.

LOCATION IS PERFECT !!!! Take the metro easily to go anywhere in Paris. Even by foot to reach Notre Dame or Sainte Chapelle or Conciergerie. Saint Germain des Prés is also close by. JUST FANTASTIC LOCATION. Staff available 24/24. No pressure to take or not take breakfast. Polite and Welcoming. For the room rate, I was surprised the toilet products nor the water bottle was not replaced every day. Neither the tea bags or sugar.

The only thing was the air would not turn on. We worked with the front staff, but it did not get resolved. It was cool at night for the last part of our stay, so we kept the windows opened.

Great location and very friendly staff. Room was very small (148 sq ft). Smaller luggage preferred. Limited kitchen/breakfast facilities.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small as this is an old building. We did not eat breakfast there. There was something wrong with the light over the bathroom sink and it wasn’t working. With only 3 tiny lights in the bathroom, it was very dark. We reported it, someone supposedly fixed it, but then it still worked very intermittently. So frustrating. And the hair dryer also didn’t work. I reported that and was told I should have called for a replacement. It still hadn’t been replaced when we left.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful! BIG THANKS!!! Location is very good Rooms are quite small but I guess for the price it's okay
-
Amanzing staff, room had space for us and our things. Great location! A thought it was a bit overpriced compared to others in the region. Other than that, all perfect
-
We had a great time in the heart of the latin quarter. The location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms were very well kept, clean, and cozy, and the staff were all kind and welcoming!
-
Tiny rooms, dirty carpet, small showers without body soap. Not worth the money.
-
Lighting in room and bathroom was very dim - especially in bathroom No washcloths
-
The room is small, the hotel itself is very small and the staircase walking up to the rooms is also narrow and small but there is an elevator.

I was impressed by the proximity to everything including the Metro and the RER-B line to CDG airport, kind and helpful staff (especially Mme. Nicky), stylish and spotless room, comfortable bed, dark curtains, and great shower. The built-in hair dryer only ran for a few seconds and would shut off until it ‘reset’ itself a few minutes later and then would work again for about 15 more seconds. Not a big deal, but in winter one doesn’t want to have wet hair outside.
