There was construction on the first floor, so the hotel was full of construction material: I could smell it, and I could see it in the light. They need an air purifier in every room. Also, a pipe burst, so the hotel smelled like feces.

The location was good but definitely not worth it! Do not stay here!! It’s nothing like the photos! It was absolutely nothing like the pictures! The pictures make it appear like it’s this very nice hotel. I didn’t want to lay on the bed with how disgusting the room was. The room had a very unpleasant odor! It was run down and dirty. Avoid this place!!!

The location was excellent and very convenient. The room had a nice traditional Parisian design and a charming classic style. The overall experience did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The lobby was very small and not representative of the hotel category. The staff behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly; after check-out, I was even refused access to the restroom to wash my hands, which was quite disappointing. It was also surprising that there was no proper luggage storage room, and guests’ suitcases were left unattended in the middle of the small lobby. Additionally, there were several maintenance issues in the bathroom: the sink tap and drainage were not functioning properly, and water from the shower leaked into the toilet area, making it inconvenient to use.

The location is pinned in the heart of Paris. The team, from arrival to departure, was magnificent. The breakfast served across the street was wonderful, particularly the basket of various French breads. There are 2 rooms on each floor. The fifth-floor (last) room was large compared to other hotel options in the area. Amenities in the room included fully stocked toiletries, an iron, a full-size blow dryer, and a Nespresso coffee machine with daily replenishment of capsules. The mini fridge was a decent size that held contents cold. Large water bottle is supplied at arrival. The staff was remarkable in accommodating every request. The hotel is aged, with dark Parisian rooms. The carpets are stained. The bathrooms are unblemished from the 1930s with no upkeep to accentuate the architecture and tone of craftsmanship. Yes there is hot water and upgraded toilets.

Location, breakfast, exceptional staff. Hotel and rooms are completely rundown, very old furniture in rooms.

Outstanding location and fantastic staff. Very nice hotel and liked that there were not a lot of rooms. Comfortable beds and very quiet. Really liked the extra touch with a bottle of water in the room and a coffee machine. Very nice stay. Would definitely recommend. It was also nice to have an elevator! The shower was a bit quirky but much to be expected of an older hotel. However, this did not affect our stay and we loved our stay.

Location terrific. Friendly staff. Bed was good. Bathroom was broken when we arrived. Panel missing from bathtub. Had to be fixed as we arrived. Great cityTo shower had to step into a small bathtub. Could be treacherous to navigate. Room 202 was generally worn out.

As they say in Real Estate: location, location, location. And the staff is very helpful. And the rooms are very large for Paris. Stayed here about 5 years ago and the place can use some updating.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The location is excellent with great sights, bars and restaurants on its doorstep. The staff are very friendly and gave us great advice. The decor and fittings are a little tired but everything works and is very clean

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the duration of our stay. We especially appreciated the large, comfortable room - perhaps for traveling with a toddler.
