Loved this place to stay! The location was great for us and they were so great at having the cot bed set up for our son with plenty of blankets etc for him. There wasn’t a lift but they did have a safe place to store the pram downstairs so that worked out great! While the bathroom was modern and updated, some of the fittings weren’t quite solid enough. It also would’ve been good to have stronger wifi.

Nothing Do NOT book this hotel. I traveled to Paris with my mother for a two-day trip, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. When we arrived, the receptionist simply handed us the key, told us the room number, and that was it. Our room was a tiny attic on the third floor that was unbearably hot, with no proper window. Considering it was 39°C in Paris, the conditions were completely unacceptable. There was no air conditioning—only a tiny fan. The room was uninhabitable, unhealthy, and frankly inhumane. We hoped the temperature would improve during the evening, so we went out to explore the city. When we returned, the room felt like an oven. As soon as I got into bed, I discovered it was infested with bed bugs. I immediately took photos and went downstairs to report the issue. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, the staff member asked me, "What do you want me to do?" He then claimed the hotel was fully booked. I insisted that I expected a solution. After calling someone, they finally moved us to another room. The second room appeared not to have bed bugs, but they simply transferred the same tiny fan from the first room. The room remained unbearably hot and impossible to sleep in. This hotel is disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unfit to accommodate guests. I genuinely believe Booking.com should remove this property from its platform because no one should be subjected to conditions like these. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very friendly personnel. Much more basic than anticipated.

It was not clean, the bathroom had a lot of hair and was disgusting. All the bathroom had a bad smell
-
Simple but clean and comfy, great location close to metro, restaurants nearby and walking distance to Eiffel Tower!

The receptionist Salim is so good to us and always helping, we don't have a problem and we will back again, everything is good

There was smell in the room. I think because of pigeons living on the roof next to room when you open windows

The hotel is very central in lively 15th arrondissement. The building is almost historic but well maintained. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is divine. There were noises of people going up and down the stairs. There was no lift.

Liked the convenience of being right outside metro 8 and location in city, owner is very nice This hotel does not have quiet hours, unfortunately people will be keeping you up until 2-3am walking up and down stairs, talking downstairs, then back up again at 7am talking, phone ringing, random banging you hear everything so getting good sleep is not easy..showers are very small not like the photos and the water turns cold on you

Location from Eiffel Tower Someone was yelling outside early in the morning

Everything is considerable, however it would be nice for international traveller if someone at hotel speaks English and the breakfast provided can also be revised considering international guests and cost of the hotel.

The older gentleman running the hotel was very kind. He helped us fix the shower at 10pm when the water wasn’t running. Location is near a tram station, but not near any attractions.
