The host was amazing and very helpful and kind. The apartment was comfortable. There was AC and fan.

An absolutely amazing apartment. Comfortable bed, roller shades/blackout curtain, quiet. Nice breakfast delivered to our door each morning. Location near many metro stops was ideal.

I considered this stay to be a great value. The rooms were nice and came with all of the basics. The beds were comfortable, places to sit, a compact kitchenette, and a nice bathroom. The location is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, bars, bakeries and groceries. While not in a historic area, it surrounded by subway stations that allow easy transportation to all of the prime attractions. It is less than a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there is great Sunday market about half of that distance. The breakfast was a real bonus. Continental, delivered to your room, with warm fresh bakery and different items every day. It was enough to fill us up, and fresh coffee too. The towels were pretty old and past prime and it would be really nice to have a couple pillows for the couch and/or more than just one per bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! The neighborhood is lovely, calm, and safe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself is very cozy, clean, making it feel like a home away from home. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely phenomenal! Definitely a repeat!! Matthieu was impeccable and very kind throughout the whole process. The breakfast is just great, and the room is simple but nice and really cosy! Great, great breakfast, with the best Parisian bread! Close to the subway, but really you can walk everywhere in Paris from there. To repeat!!! The flat is really nice, but the building itself could use some work.

The hotel met all expectations. An ideal and comfortable place, with easy access to all the landmarks. Responsive and polite host. The breakfasts were delicious. We will be happy to come back next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Paris! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was super cozy, well-furnished, and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the breakfast—absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of Paris!

Excellent location in neighbourhood full of shops, restaurants and very easy access to metro. Large bedroom and living room area, clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. Host let various baby related furnitures (cot, bouncer) at our disposal, which was greatly appreciated. I would come back Breakfast was good, and could be improved with more savoury options (e.g. ham slices, boiled eggs).

We were there for the Olympics. A television would have been nice
