It's a very good accommodation, the people are very polite, and the location is excellent, very close to the Tower, within walking distance, and close to everything.

The room was comfortable and clean. The refrigerator didn't operate well because it was in a closed door. It should have more ventilation to refrigerate adequately. The movable shower in the bathroom didn't hold to the stick, imposing some disconfort to use it, not too much.

The location Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and after complaining, I was relocated to a handicapped room. Later, I was moved back to my original room even though the air conditioning issue was still not fixed. In addition, there was water leaking and dripping from the bathroom ceiling, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Instead of properly resolving the issue, the hotel only provided a portable fan as a solution. The constant moving between rooms was exhausting and highly inconvenient. To make matters worse, upon checkout, the hotel refused to return my cash deposit, claiming that moving me to another room was considered an “upgrade” — despite this being done without my approval and only because my original room had serious maintenance problems. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I expected much better service and handling from the hotel management.

Nothing This was not a 4* hotel - PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and book with a large chain. Poor hygiene the best room in the hotel doesn’t even have a toilet door. Paper cups, no amenities, not even a proper reception. The rooms are dated and old. No iron in the room. Its terrible, im baffled at this got 4* its more 2-3* please save your money and go elsewhere

Location was great, very cute neighborhood and bed super comfortable and big! As we arrived to check in, a pre-authorization of €50/ per person and per day was requested for the mini bar that was in the room. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking and it was extremely excessive, as the mini bar consisted of 5/6 mini bottles of vodka/ baileys, etc, a pack of chips, 1 chocolate bar and 2 small waters. The bathroom sink was also quite clogged and no room service was done between nights
