There wasn’t anything that I didn’t dislike. But just to mention something that is not bad but ok, is the tiny and slow elevator. In Paris it is an 8 out of 10.
-
bathtub in the middle of the room was a little bit unusual but that came with the benefit of an upgrade to a slightly larger room as we were told
-
Room was great. Upgraded to suite. No outside windows
-
Design of the hotel, staff was outstanding! First twin room we were in was not the size one would expect from a 4-star hotel. But they upgraded us to a beautiful room1

Nothing :)

Very friendly stuff, especially Mr. Hossam who recommended us the restaurants and other things. There were not refrigerator in the room . The wardrobe was too high, so it was very difficult to hang the clothes. This is a negative point for a "4 stars " hotel. The breakfast room was tiny, so people kept running into each other.

location was great, decor is amazing. we got the 8 euro breakfast, which was perfect. Room was small-- even with the free upgrade they gave us!
-
Room was clean, location is great. Hotel is close to notre dame and st germain blv so you can explore nice cafes and restaurants. It was too small. There should be slipper and more staff that we can use in the room.

Definitely one of our first choices next time we visit Paris!

The staff were incredibly friendly and supplied us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay (Ironing board/iron, corkscrew, converter for an electrical appliance) and also went above and beyond to both print out documents we needed and worked to secure reservations for a dinner on our anniversary trip. The hotel location is excellent. It's "Emily in Paris" in a good way. Beautiful, quiet, and close to many bakeries and restaurants, as well as the Pantheon and Notre Dame. There was nothing we didn't like. The staff was helpful, location of hotel was great and all of our needs were taken care of. Great stay overall! Thanks again to the staff for making this anniversary trip so great.

- It was obvious that the rooms would be small, but it was small even for a single person - anyway, not the actual problem but just a note for those looking for enough space. - The actual problem: In Booking.com, it clearly shows that the rooms are equipped with a minibar (and it is important for me because I store the food I buy from the stores in it) however it was not the case. I decided in favor of this hotel instead of a very close one, just for this reason. My real disappointment was, when I asked about it to the front desk, the answer was that minibars were removed after covid. Sorry but it has been more than 4 years now - not an acceptable reason. - Still, thanks to all friendly, smiling and helpful staff of the hotel.

Excellent location with amazing restaurants, cafes and bakeries 5-10 minutes walking distance. Pantheon 5 minute walk, Notre Dame 10-15 minutes walk. Metro very close by. A cute market down the hill 3 times a week with cheeses, clothes and food Nothing

I loved the champagne theme throughout the hotel. It was a beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location, ideal for exploring landmarks.

hotel is amazing , staff is the BEST . especially HOSSAM , an amazing person who is ready to to help you every single second, his energy makes you feel like you are at your own home .
-
The staff are fine, very friendly and helpful The single rooms are ridiculously cramped, it's like living in a closet
-
Staff spoke poor English. We stayed for 3 nights, they cleaned the room only after the first day. The second one, they took out the garbage and that was it, no cleaning, no towel change, no refill for coffee.
