Hôtel Jardin de Cluny

Room was nicely decorated with surprisingly good space and comfort. Quiet. Great access to sights! Good breakfast. Helpful staff. One, tiny elevator ... but that is to be expected in Paris.

We so appreciated the fact that our room was air conditioned and that we were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was always pleasant and helpful.

The staff are outstanding. The location close to Notre Dame, Cluny Museum, and Luxembourg Gardens is great. A great little cafe, market, cheese store, and bakery are a half block away. A bit larger room but this is Paris.

The hotel staff were exceptional - very kind and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and rooms are very comfortable.

Beautiful property, lovely design, very clean. Nice lounge room on the bottom level. Celia at the front desk was very kind and incredibly helpful and helped make our stay enjoyable. Lighting in the bathroom was not great (difficult to do make up). My room faced the courtyard so it felt a bit like a cave.

Perfect location, walking distance to many of the Paris sights including Notre Dame and Louve. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like we were friends. Quiet location with pedestrian only street on the entrance side.

Great location and very clean and cozy room. Bathroom is great, removated and clean. Good air conditioning it was great coming back and turning on AC in the Paris heat. The bed is very comfortable as well Room is quite small but it didn’t bother us

The hotel is conveniently located but since it’s in a small pedestrian only street, it’s quiet. The room was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast was decent and the staff warm and professional. It’s a great find in the 5ème arrondissement.

Staff was excellent. I missed breakfast one morning and the front desk got me pastries and coffee. Room was next to the elevator and there was some noise through the walls at night. Love the breakfast and the lounge downstairs.

Beautiful hotel, great location, very finely and helpful staff. Room 3 is next to the stairwell which was incredibly loud and the sound vibrates into the room.

It has a great location and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was good too! The room was small for the price. The bathroom especially needed more shelving, in the shower as well as near the vanity, there wasn’t anywhere to put your toiletries. The pocket door to the bathroom was difficult to open from the inside because it was sharp. When turning on the bathroom light during the night it floods the entire bedroom. The bathroom needs a nightlight.

Outstanding location and very friendly helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast with more than a continental breakfast. Comfortable bed and size of room. Very quiet location with less than 10 minutes to Notre Dame. Wide variety of restaurants located nearby. Excellent area for walking. Nearby laundromat and laundry service if needed. Tiny elevator for 2 people and with 2 pieces of luggage. Electronic thermostat was unreliable.
