I loved how central the location was and how affordable it was. Nothing.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Location between Notre Dame and Sorvonne was perfect for the trip. Breakfast really tasty and room big. No elevator

Nice room clean good location. Office staff friendly. Lovely breakfast. Good cost for Paris No toilet on the same floor as stated only a shower. Room was up 7 flights. Owner was grumpy.

nice staff! great location Quartier Latin restaurant, ND, Louvre, airport train RER B, spacious room, good breakfast, calm street nice balcony view on the 5th floor. Safe door entery closing with code. No elevators if you have heavy lagguage. No AC in rooms. Shared toilet and shower.

Location is great, very close to major beautiful sights, not far from metro stations. Easy to get to, and also a very short walk from Uber/Taxi drop-off/pick-up spots. Washers and dryers are available, and you can also leave things in their guest fridge. You can get assigned a room on a floor that makes you bring you luggage 3 or 4 stories. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, you need to consider that possibility, as you are on your own with that. It is an old and cozy building, which is nice, but it also means noise spreads easily. We had some noisy guests coming in or going out in the middle of the night (3/4 AM) which was not very nice. Times for guest use of washer/dryer is limited, you need to take that into consideration. We had a hiccup with that whole topic where we ended up not being able to wash our clothes due to a staff mistake.

was a little cold in the room , no TV in the room, they don't have an elevator, and it's very difficult to go up with luggage because the stairs are quite narrow.

If you are looking for a good home base near metro, cafes and access to sampling Paris life i would reccomend. If you want American luxury (elevator, free breakfast etc...) book a big name brand. Plenty of outlets, small but nice hot shower, we had a three bed room. Big windows and for the most part quiet. Nothing really, more nitpicking things if I had to say anything. The shelves in bathroom didn't really hold anything (were slanted and stuff fell off multiple times.

Property in absolutely great location. Everything is max 15 mins walking. Stuff is super polite and nice. Rooms clean and the price is super affordable. Toilets and shower were clean and I never had line or people before me Only one outlet. That’s a really really big miss. It’s impossible to charge all the devices in the same time + if u turn on an air conditioner - that’s it

Studio kitchen and wash can feel a bit cramped.

There wasn’t any elevator for travelers with luggage, and there was only narrow stairs which you couldn’t pass yourself. Even thought you shy take your carry on / backpack.

I liked the property because it was in good location. Stores and restaurants were near. I did not like it because there were bedbugs in our room. My friends and I got red rashes all over our body. Those bedbugs were around in every bed very tiny bugs that people might see it normal but those are very dangerous and hard to get rid of.

We liked the location. We walked everywhere and was only a train ride or short uber ride to tourist spots. The room was clean. Had the basic essentials. Very basic room. The place seemed quiet. You don't really see or hair any of the other guests. It didn't have an elevator so we had to walk up 6 flight of stairs. It says there is laundry available but the owner didn't seem like that we used it. I put my clothes in the washer and he said he would transfer it over which he didn't. At the end of the day we say it in a pile on top of the washer. Its also next to a school right across the way. You can hear groups of kids screaming at all hours that the school was open. I don't recommend if you're planning on sleeping in.
