Staff was helpful It was filthy, not well cleaned and location is not great ar all.It wasn't ventilated. Lights and fans were not working in room. Room was Not as it was shown on booking website

The bedroom was lovely for 4 people and we had a pleasant stay! It was a loud neighbourhood at night, with lots of sirens etc but this was fine as it was expected/normal to occur.

Easy check in. Beds were comfortable. Hard to get into the room due to the door only opening halfway due to a wall. There was an unfolded towel on the back of the bathroom door so no idea if clean. The toilet was stained so unsure how clean it was. The bathroom was small and cramped - ok for us but if you were a bigger build you might struggle. One of the fans provided had a loose wire. There was nowhere to sit in the room. Only 2 drinking glasses provided for 4 people. Unsure about the fire safety as the stairs and corridors were very narrow and the lift was very small. There was no obvious secondary means of escape.

The location is great, the stuff is really helpful. For a 2 star hotel, perfect In our room there was no air condition, and as the traffic is loud on the street we could not open the window in the night
