I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed my experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant A few small updates to enhance the facilities would make an already lovely experience even better.

Yaz! The daytime manager, Yaz, REALLY made this stay special to me! He was kind, social, and always smiling! My room was as I expected, it was always cleaned very well, I liked the windows to the street below and the location was perfect for me! It was a 2-star hotel, so if you go thinking it will be something else you may be disappointed but as far as hotels in this range go, it was fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of my experience.

close to many shops and retaurants and railway station. Owner and staff verry friendly As it was quite warm during our stay we had to sleep with the windows open that means we had problems to sleep as the street is very noisy till late in the night (2AM) and start 5AM

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Near Gares du Nord and L’Est. Loads of restaurants, bars, shops on the same street. Quite basic and some repairs needed; eg towel rail coming off the wall.

The staff were friendly,breakfast was served promptly & was fresh. The room was clean, fresh towel were delivered each day there was a strong mould smell from the bathroom & the water was often cool to cold

The hotel is very close to the train stations and also the metro. It had everything we needed and the staff made us very welcome and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was also great. The shower wasn’t very powerful but was adequate for a few days

Super clean. Shower curtain instead of containing water in the bath area, it’s dripping on the floor. There needs to be a shampoo and soap holder inside the shower area. So customers don’t have to reach out for bath gel from the sink area. I had to put them on the bath floor.
