Convenient location

Nice size for 4 people nice location. Carlos was very nice as well Outdated. Apartment looked nothing like the pictures. Stain on the comforter and curtain rod was broke. The room was very hot and the AC did not work well

A wonderful stay! Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Nothing stafff in the morning was ever so rude as we was late checking out as my daughter was sick and the man threatened us with calling the police so then made my 2 daughters cry there eyes out plus she was so poorly Curtains was broken broken glass on the floor no air con worked

We loved the value, the kind staff and the proximity to everything. We will definitely be back

For a 400$ per night , don't even look at it . I reserved because of last minute. It is worth 75$ max

Several things didn't work well in the room. The shower head was becoming encrusted with minerals and spraying at funny angles, the towel warmer didn't work, and the drain plug in the sink wouldn't stay closed. Housekeeping knocked on our door one morning at 8 am, as well as several other rooms, none of which were up and ready. He even opened the door on someone still in bed. The walls were thin, and the bedroom doors slammed shut, waking up anyone who went to bed earlier than others.

Nice quiet rooms, comfy bed. More space than lots of other places. Held my bags for me after check out while I went on a tour. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful

The location was good. The staff were nice (the men). The cleanliness is to be checked. Dusty room, moldy bathroom.

Warm hospitality of the family that runs the hotel. Accommodating and friendly. Whole staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Beautiful space and centrally located. Delicious and bountiful breakfast in a very attractive area. We loved our stay. No complaints!

Location Rooms are too small and bath amenities poor.

The location The first night there was a terrible noise in the bathroom, and they had to move me to another room the second day. Then, two days later, I took the elevator down to get some water. I had a high fever because I was sick, and the elevator stopped halfway down. Smoke and a burning smell started pouring out, and the fire alarm went off. People started leaving the hotel, and I was trapped in the elevator, desperately screaming for them to call the fire department! It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life! I was rescued 15-20 minutes later. I decided to go to another hotel because being on the 5th floor with no elevator was impossible! I had paid for 10 days, and they refused to refund me despite my outrageous complaint!

Space, food.

Rooms are small but there is no noise isolation, you can hear anything your neighbours are doing and there is a constant noise from the pluming if someone is taking a shower. The bathroom has a big window that is not child proof in my opinion.

The location is amazing. The stuff was really kind.

The staff was really nice and the room was clean. We stayed for 2 nights and we were only in the hotel for sleeping. Generally it was comfortable. Good wifi + good shower!

The breakfast was disapointing, no fresh fruits, no good cheeses, everything seemed frozen packaged
