Hotel & Spa La Belle Juliette

I can’t think of anything with the accommodations that was unsatisfactory.

Very nice hotel with nice lounge, spa, breakfast room and lovely quiet garden. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to get around the city. Breakfast was good - it was fresh and good variety. the room was comfortable.

The property was clean and most of the staff amazing. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling the first two nights and when moved on the third night it was to a much smaller room than what I had booked. At breakfast the food served buffet style in the patio which made it cold before you could eat it. Being diabetic I needed to eat a protein and was refused eggs when they were making them for other people.They need to move buffet indoors to make it more palatable during the winter months.

I was upgraded to a two level room with skylights, a large tub and toilet on the second floor and a sitting area, big shower and toilet on the first floor. Natasha was WONDERFUL. She recommended restaurants that made my Paris experience complete. She went above and beyond to help me in so many other ways. She’s a gem. Blocks from a metro station. Honestly, very little. The neighborhood was great. It felt local not touristy. I walked a lot and my only negative is my walk back home from attractions was about 5-10 longer than I would have preferred. Really an insignificant negative.

The location was great and the front staff especially Natasha was very helpful and could communicate with us very well. I would like to see overall we liked the property but think they need to rethink a few things then it can be a great hotel. A big thank you to the staff. Rooms not quite what you see in booking photos. Our room had a ceiling leak and we couldn’t communicate with maintenance. We were moved 2 days later to a much smaller room/Breakfast served in patio enclosed are so plates sone cold which made your breakfast cold. They would do better to keep heaters and plate warmers on the area. I asked for eggs cooked and they said not today. My hairdryer didn’t work and they wanted to charge extra to exchange for a working one. No USB ports and plugs located behind furnishings which at our age we don’t want to crawl around looking for them.

The location is superb! The room is lovely and the bathroom a ten! Tub and shower! The bar and dining is beautiful. The staff were super responsive too! The street noise was disturbing at times. Earplugs recommended

Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Room was immaculate and comfortable. The spa was wonderful. Breakfast was good and the serving staff cheerful . No staff at the spa on Good Friday. Limited towels and bathrobes as well as no clean tea cups that day.

Location was excellent Rooms very small, two people could hardly fit. Amenities poor. No where to put suitcases and personal items. Small things like no hooks on bathroom door to hang towels, hairdryer plug outside the bathroom, lumpy pillows, etc.

the condition of the room, particularly at the price point being charged. the quality and condition of the furnishings was akin to a three (not four) star hotel. Hotel is in serious need of a refresh. while obviously an unintentional mistake, I had paid for an airport pickup and it never came, significantly delaying me. the hotel had recorded the wrong date and were sorry for the mix up.

It was clean and quite comfortable The heating system didn’t work well And breakfast wasn’t good The SPA didn’t meet my expectations- the water in the pool was too cold to relax in and there was no Jacuzzi

The location, the spa facilities, the staff, the common space and the breakfasts were all so great. There was more space in the room than we normally get in Paris - such a bonus.

We loved the entire experience, room ,food, location, staff, it made our first trip to Paris wonderful and unforgettable. Merci beaucoup. We were happy about all of it !

Good location, nice atmosphere, helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast room and buffet . Room was VERY small. We needed to climb over the bed to maneuver around the roommate. No shower, clawfoot tub. I was handicapped so very difficult bathing situation. Every day we had to ask for washcloths or additional hand towels.

Location and clean and great neighbourhood We ordered two rooms and they put us in separated floor - we were expecting some common sense.
