Effort Tower view from the room and the location was very good. Old kettle not cleaned(I didn’t use it). The shower so small and the shower curtain was getting close to your body(I’m 5’1”). I took a shower with my flip-flops because the curtain wasn’t so clean my opinion.

And breakfast with among other things the BEST croisants ever. Staff awesome. Would stay again for sure. Would be nitpicking about small elevator and negotiating stairs, so I wont. Ha!

Location, location, location!! Friendly and helpful staff! Clean room! Great view! Fabulous neighborhood! The room was pretty small and SO warm. BUT I didn’t come to Paris to sit in my room! I’d definitely stay here again.

Nothing It was one of the worst experiences. The room is like a hotbox, the carpets are filthy, the bed is crawling with insects and insects are flying around. They have no fan to counter the extreme heat and if you open the windows the noise from the square right in front flows right in. The reception is extremely unhelpful . I was booked was 2 nights but left without even staying the first night.

This hotel felt like a hidden gem and I was so surprised by the view of the Eiffel Tower from my bedroom, the bath tub, and the overall size of the space. The decor was also so French! The beds were incredibly firm and felt like sleeping on a brick. While I did still manage to get great sleep, I think it was more from exhaustion of walking all day/up hills than actual comfort. You can also hear your next door neighbor through the walls. While it wasn't a problem for me (everyone seemed to be respectful of their neighbors), I can see how the wrong guest can ruin that.

The lady that checked us in was polite. It was dirty, smelly, the rest of the staff was not cordial at all, and the location was difficult to get to via uber. We asked for a fan since there’s no a/c and were told they were only available during summer and could not be provided to us at that time (May). The bathroom smelled terrible even after it was cleaned, the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty, there were stains on the carpet and something dried up that I can only assume was vomit? There was stuff stuck on the headboard, and it was clear that they were only making the bed, not actually cleaning.

Great location the 5th floor has no access with the elevator, Bathroom outdated , the sink blocked the toilet seat, dangerous shower for older people, room very small , wallpaper showed water damage, property need love Don’t use metro station Abbesses , you have to carry your luggage five floors upstairs! no elevator

The room 44 at Hotel Regyn will be a memorable place in my life, it was out first honeymoon , a great view of eifel tower and a great staff. And worh every penny. A beautiful neighbourhood of montmarte. I wish to come back to this room, when I am low in life, so this room gives me hope in life.

Excellent 2-star hotel in a superb location. Very helpful staff, very clean and very French. The bed was 2 singles pushed together, and they kept moving apart. One light did not work, and the elevator only goes to 4.5 floors, otherwise all good.

The elevator is size of coffin. Stairs are steep and winding. This is something to be aware of.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent: in the heart of Montmartre, steps away from the metro station and with lots of bakeries and restaurants around. It is on a busy street and if the room’s windows are open, it can get noisy. Also, although there was a kettle in the room, there wasn’t any coffee/tea or cups there.

Close to metro station direct line Frôm Montparnasse Station. Great staff in AM, I wish I the name of lady who helped me! Quiet although in center of lively neighborhood. Carpet in my room was very old and stained.

Nice people! Good location! They should have coffee for free if you pay like other hotels. Might be better to have 2 small beds in the room we were in. We kind of hurt ourselves trying to squeeze around the end of the bed corner that touched the wall.
