Timhotel Montmartre

The location. Nested right next to a quaint cobblestone parkette in the heart of Montmartre. The staff were nice. The directions. I was told to turn left and left. You need to turn right and right (exiting Abbesses subway station). Coming off a sleepless overnight flight, with no internet connection, and unhelpful/resentful local merchants, it really turned my arrival upside down.

Great location - very easy to find and so handy for wandering around! , staff were really friendly and room was grand.AC was welcome and shower was magic!

Location was amazing. In walking distance to many sights. Rooms are clean but very tight. And not able to pull a car in front.

The hotel is in a convenient location, near Abbesses station. The bed was comfortable. When we arrived, the room was not fully ready. There were excrement marks in the toilet, there was no toilet paper, only one towel and there was a discarded bottle of cleaning spray on the floor. I had to literally find a member of cleaning staff to ask for toilet roll. The staff are generally unbothered by anything. For example, our key cards kept on glitching, which meant repeated trips to reception - the staff seemed to think it was more of an inconvenience to them rather than us and never apologised. The younger staff also think it’s appropriate to sit in the front step of the hotel vaping as people are coming and going, which is highly unprofessional. In addition, the room and shower are tiny and the storage space is insufficient, with just five coat hangers and no drawers. Very disappointing overall.

Great location, good A/C in room Tiny shower, elevator not working, not much space in room to open suitcases.

Location was great, lively, easy access to metro. Rooms smaller than expected but clean and comfortable. Loud noise in room every 10 minutes or so (maybe plumbing) Staff very helpful and moved us to another room, however noise persisted although not as loud or as close as in first room, bathrooms on the small side, not much room in showers.

Good location. 5mins walk to Abbesses Metro stop & 30-45mins metro travel to Eiffel Tower & Notre Dame. 15mins taxi to Gard Du Nord. Comfortable room & good breakfast. Some lovely pavement restaurants by hotel. We were in a smallish, but comfortable roof room with view of Sacre Coeur. Shower didn't drain well with overhead shower but A/C welcome during the heat.

Location and aircon were exceptional. Toilet broke and couldnt be fixed because it was Sunday. Lift also broke and same story as above.

Friendly staff, clean room and good values, close to some sights and public transportation Need more electrical outlets, there’s only 2 outlets in the room. Difficult to charge our devices. While my friend charged her device on the desk, I had to charge my phone and watch in the bathroom because no more outlets

Location was great. AC was strong and the bed was comfortable. Staff communicated well when I ran into excessive travel delays and actually arrived one night late. I paid for my full reservation, which is fine. They held the room for me. I was overcharged for my room and it's been several weeks of communicating with the manager and it still has not been rectified. I waited to provide my review so that they can make it right and they still have not.

Location is superb.. the staff like friends.. Loved the time there... Room detailer did not notice sink drainage problem-- mentioned at front desk-- technician gone home (as if this dismissal is ok!!!)-- dealt with gross non-draining sink throughout stay-- and no discount for doing so... Apart from this insult, the hotel is exceptional for staff, area and vibe-- you owe yourself this pleasure!
