Hotel Relais Bergson

Nothing Facilities is bit outdated. No lift. Simple reception setup. Small room. Aircon is not working during my 3 nights stay. Was told it was faulty but never able to commit when it can be fixed. It was not informed when check in. My room is facing the main road outside with bus stop just opposite. It has heavy traffic day and night. If you open the window, it is too noisy. However, it is too hot if you close it. Terrible. Very close to 1 metro station but it is a sub-line which it runs less frequently and have to wait. If you walk to the other metro station, it is about a 10 mins walk downhill. It means uphill when you walk back.

It's a very good budget option. Everyone at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located next to the subway and a bus stop on a nice quiet street.

Given the price, I didn’t expect much comfort — the hotel is very basic and quite worn out. But what’s really uncomfortable is the noise. When someone takes a shower in the next room, you can hear it in yours. When someone closes a door, it feels like they’re slamming yours. And the most unpleasant thing — the windows are covered with frosted film. I don’t understand why they’d do that when there are blackout curtains.

The hotel is close to 2 metro stations, the rooms are well equipped with lots of options to charge your phone. There's supermarkets and places to eat nearby. I definitely would recommend this hotel. Nothing. The hotel was just what I needed for 1 night.

The sink was not working quite properly. It took a bit for water to drane

Would not allow for late check out even for just one hour. Location is a little far from most attractions but good public transportation links nearby.

The bathroom is extremely small. Windows in my room, but no view.

The location is great and staff are friendly. The room is quite small. There is no lift so if you have big bags, it could be quite a bother.

Good location with a good price for a modest accommodation. If you just need a place to stay for a few days it's a good choice. You can hear guests outside and around you easily, so if you are unlucky with noisy guests, or if you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem. The room I was at also faced this inner courtyard space which sometimes had people making noises, but for me it was not too much of a problem.

Friendly Nice

The walls are VERY thin. We spent two nights and during the second nights, tourists in the adjacent room were making noise from 1am to 3am than again at 6am. The staff seemed unbothered. For the record I tried talking to the neighbors directly.

The staff was very gentle and available. Even when coming back at night. They helped with small requests and even gave us free breakfast at moment of checkout. The brioches and croissants were soft, hot and tasty. Will come back.

Just location Bathroom is super tiny and small. I could not move in the shower box. Super noisy from other guests room. The soundproof of wall is super bad

Everything was really great. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The only little minor awkward thing was our bed was two singles pushed together and they kept unintentionally separating.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice cafes very close by. The room was smaller than expected but suited our short trip.
