The staff and the amazing property. Exceeded my expectations with friendly professionalism. Made my family feel very welcome and confortable. I really don't have anything negative to say.

The location. It was dated and warn. I would not consider this hotel or stay 5 stars. We paid for a prestige double room, which was large for Europe, but the room was placed in the back of the hotel off a separate stair case. The view was non-existent. I did ask to move rooms, but the hotel could not accommodate the change for the first night. The restaurant was sleepy and the service was extremely slow. The hotel was apparently renovated/enhanced in 2023, but it didnt’ show. Every chair and sofa cushion in our room and in the common areas was stained or showed significant wear. There was a false ceiling in one of the two bathrooms in our room and it had a hole where you could see above. The morning room service was the only positive.
