- AC did not work, it blew hotter air than was outside - room was unclean, found used contact lens in bathroom - Bathroom door didn’t close - walls were thin, could hear traffic in hall.

Location Room was disappointing. Dark . Toilet was not in the bathroom. No air conditioning. A loud portable air conditioner had to be brought in with a large hose to the open outside window. Not a 4 star accommodation. Some of the staff , especially in the restaurant did not communicate well with English speaking guests.

Abdou at the reception was great! As well as Mario the concierge/bellman. Hotel is more than amazing. Superclean, friendly staff, and i got a beautiful suite. Perfect location

The location and the staff, especially Ms. Sam, Abdulrahim, and Abdulrahim’s colleague (whose name I couldn’t catch), were wonderful. I’ll never forget the warm welcome from the staff member who always smiled at us at the entrance. Thank you all for everything! Nothing

Great location, we stayed in a renovated room which was very nice. The Nespresso machine in the room was much appreciated. Good proprietary parking underneath the hotel fitting larger cars. Friendly staff.

Big bedroom, very comfortable . But most importantly the bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent location too! The shower pressure was a bit low. But otherwise all was excellent
