We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, and housekeeping came every morning, which we really appreciated. Also staff was very polite and helpful, so we got everything we need. The location is excellent, with two nearby metro lines that provide quick and easy access to the city center. There is also a direct bus connection from the airport, making arrival and departure very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and everything we needed was within easy reach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The price mostly - I have stayed there four times so l know what I'm getting - basic - clean - quiet and no rough sleepers in the vacinity I would have liked a chair in the room
-
The bathroom, but this is standar for all ibis hotel. The diversity of breakfast.

Value for money. Close to public transportation (Metro), Good breakfast. Rooms are very warm during hot summer days. No air-conditioning. Area outside the hotel lot of homeless people sleeping on the streets.

Bathroom has a weird layout. Toilet and shower are separate rooms that don't lock or close all the way. Sink is on the opposite side of the room. Shower is impossible to wash in without getting your clothes and towel wet.

The beds were decent and the staff was freindly and could speak English Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, the beds did not have proper sheets, only plastic mattress covers. The toilet was blocked on arrival, and although staff promised to move us to another room, this never happened. While we were out, maintenance entered the room to fix the toilet but left the door unlocked and partially open, which raised serious concerns about security and privacy. The bathroom facilities were also poor. There was no window, ventilation, or extractor fan in the toilet and shower area, resulting in a constant urine smell with no way for the space to air out. To make matters worse, whenever someone showered, water leaked out from under the shower door and into the room, leaving the floor wet and creating an inconvenience throughout our stay. The rooms were much smaller than they appeared in the photos, which felt misleading. On top of that, basic amenities that are usually included in most accommodations, such as an iron and kettle, required an additional charge of €10 each, plus a refundable deposit of the same amount. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations. Poor maintenance, inadequate facilities, misleading room photos, and unexpected charges made for an uncomfortable stay. I would not stay here again.

No air conditioning in my room. A smell of urine in the toilet

Well located. Metro and convenience stores at a walking distance. Breakfast is very good. Not having built-in Aircon in 2026 is a letdown for such a big hotel chain. No bath mat when steeping out of the shower is also uncomfortable.
-
The rooms a bit tight, the sink is in the room, no personal air-conditioned so it was a bit hot.
-
The rooms did not have AC and staying in Paris during one of the hottest weekends was not enjoyable

The hotel is nothing fancy but has comfortable beds and and is clean. It is located close to underground station in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was tiny with a washbasin in the room, which was also very small. Breakfast also very basic.

The value of this hotel is excellent for the location it is in. It is so close to line one of the Metro easy walking distance. From line one. You can get to everything fairly quickly. The Paris Transit system is amazing. We are two seniors and we traveled around Paris without getting lost. Very easy from our hotel. Our room was very adequate for three adults. Our 40-year-old daughter slept on the top bunk very comfortably. This is a very small room but we managed great. We did not spend a lot of time in our room though. The shower was in a room of its own. The toilet was in a room of its own. And the sink was in the main sleeping room. There is no room to hang clothes really. We lived out of our suitcases which fit under the big bed. Very easy. The window opened which provided nice air flow as it was for but very comfortable in the month of May 2026. The elevator was excellent. All three of us could fit on and we were on the fourth floor. No view but again we didn't care. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast there. On Sunday. They had hard boiled eggs only on one morning out of four that we were there. But as a Canadian with diabetes, they were high on carbs for breakfast. If you like toast with jam or Nutella, pancakes, croissants, toast, or pastry, this is the place for you. Breakfast was under 10 euros each with unlimited tea and coffee, juice and water. I found the coffee very strong and not worth drinking. Across the street within a 10-minute walk there was a nice place with great coffee and quiche. Don't waste your time. The hotel restaurant.
