The location The high quality of service. Thanks to Miss Aya and The Team

People working here were very nice. Facilitated a real early check in. Great location, right next to a metro stop and bus stop. Several places to eat nearby. Very small rooms. No water kettle or refrigerator or microwave in room.

It was too hot in the rooms. The breakfast was too expensive for what it was. Only one key for the room. The vent in the bathroom was extremely loud. It would be good to have a kettle and fridge in the room.

The location is perfect. Close to Porte d'Orléans subway station. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. As seen in their photo gallery, each room has a cool wall with a fun little tidbit. Mine had like a cabaret singer and the lamp from the ceiling kinda looked like a microphone. The floor lamp had feathers that matched the singer's dress. Made me smile each day.

Location, quiet and staff Breakfast small should be free, bathroom shower doors didn’t close.

The room was very clean and cleaned daily if required. We were given room 52 on floor 5 and had a great stay. Bed was comfy, the view of the street was great and very traditional parisian look i was after. The wall mural was a great addition. Very very close to the metro as well. It was a little of the smaller side. The elevator could carry 4 people but being heavily pregnant, there was no way more than 2 people were fitting in it, the bathroom was also on the smaller side - able to fit in, but a bit of a struggle.

Very close to a metro station, just one block away. Room too small, no coffee machine in the room.

Perfect location. Normal quality to price

The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom small but nice. Also the staff was very friendly. The location was nice too and very good access to all public transportation (metro, bus, train). Also good big parking lots that you can make arrangements with them like longtime package for good price. Also very good restaurants around. The noise in the hallways, and some times people's smoking. At some point late in the night something activated the smoke alarm.

Very clean Super comfortable beds Good water pressure Price to quality ratio is good Well decorated yet simple rooms Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and welcoming Very good location near metro, supermarket and boulangeries. Staff security was mediocre at best, each time we left they kept the room keys and when we came back they always gave us the room key without asking who we were. Anyone could easily have taken our keys without anyone noticing. The are no phones to call the reception if we need anything. Rately At night there are a few shady figures in the alley but we did not encounter any problems with anyone

The location is right next to the M4 metro line, which is excellent connected to all other lines and directly to Louvre or Notre Dame, for example. The hotel staff is good and friendly, cleaning on a daily basis. Around the hotel there are a lot of coffee places, restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops. The bed was comfortable and the room in general was clean. The cost of the room is in line with the condition and offer for Paris. The room has no soundproofing at all, you can easily hear everyone in other rooms going to the toilet or similar, the elevator when in use and noise from the street is loud for the same reason. The good thing is the street itself is not a busy street, so it is bearable. The toilet needs a bit of renovation, and also some of the features of the room, room lights and the window could not be closed fully. The blow dryer was also not working as it was supposed to work.

room was fine considering it is Paris. The toilet was small but clean and comfortable. The location for us was perfect since we were going to the citee university campus which is a short walk away. Public transportation and all services are close by. There is also a large and beuatiful park 12m walk away. It was really nice to be in a normal neighbourhood and away from the large crowds in the tourist areas. No serious issues. A small discomfort was the small space between the bed and the tv requiring me to walk sideway to get to the toilet. In the middle of the night it was easy to forget and walk into the wall mounted tv.

They hired a new receptionist and she is very 'special' she can call you on your cell and demand you to come back and pay your room that you payed at the check in day. Bizarre softly speaking - She would call you on your way out and demand to pay your breakfast 'NOW' even you still have more days staying and it is not you check out day! Feels she has no clue about her work, bills, culture, communication ...

The rooms/beds are very small but it’s ok if you’re staying for a couple of days
