BOBO'S HÔTEL

Bobo's Hotel was amazing and exceeded my expectation! Julian and Nabil were AMAZING :) !!!! These 2 provided me with the best customer service experience. I come to Paris often for work, but this was a personal trip! They made it more special.....i will definitely be staying at Bobos again and ive already told all my friends and family it was 10/10 experience!!! Thank you Julien and Nabil at the front desk for providing the best customer service!!! A bientot!!! Nothing!!! was amazing :)

Great property at great location. The breakfast was a let down but there are plenty of cafes nearby. The shower door leaked in our room so the floor was a bit of a hazard.

It was a beautiful boutique hotel situated right next to a metro station.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Well served continental breakfast, fresh and well stocked. Clean towels and bed made daily. Room stayed comfortably cool during the major heat wave in the city. Right next to the metro train station. Very convenient if using public transportation.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always tried to accommodate our requests. The location is also quite convenient, with the M4 metro station and a tram stop right next to the hotel, and the area felt generally safe. For the price of around €200 per night, the comfort level was disappointing. If your room faces the street, it can be very noisy because of heavy traffic, tram bells, and frequent sirens. The shower design is also a serious issue: water leaks every time you use it and can even run into the room due to the wrong floor angle. The mattress felt worn and needs replacement, the windows were old and difficult to open and close properly, and the room was quite small. There is also no towel warmer or proper place to dry towels, and the thin waffle towels get wet quickly, although they are changed daily.

the location was perfect, close to all transportation, local restaurants and friends who lived in the 14th. hotel staff was outstanding. elevator and air conditioning were great. room was clean. we had breakfast with friends, so did not take advantage of their breakfast. in general, there was something off in the design of the rooms. very little storage space for clothing, no towel racks in bathroom. very few hooks. the hangers didn't fit the rack. the shower was a nightmare, due to poor design, it was slippery and the water poured out onto the bathroom floor, no matter what we did. i would stay there again, for sure, but bring shower shoes so i don't die.

Elevator and Room were very small. Our AC was not working properly. The staff desk could not help with the issue really just telling us that it is working on their hand when nothing came up upstairs.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the duvet was soft and airy. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Luckily, out window didn't have a Boulevard view so it was quiet. The staff was kind and the checkout is later than most hotels. We could leave our luggage with them while we waited for the check-in. We had an issue with hot water for one evening, it suddenly went cold, but it wasn't a big deal for us. At some point, the coffee machine stopped working, but the staff fixed it almost immediately.

Excellent breakfast buffet for $14 That a fire alarm woke me at 7 a.m. because someone was smoking. Also, I will never use Booking.com again. Very unhappy with the terrible customer service from Booking.com.

Lovely room and the bed was comfy. Metro right outside. There was no table and chairs in the balcony which was a shame as we requested it to be as per rhe advertising of the booking.

Beautiful reformed and very comfortable rooms. The mattress and pillows were excellent. The employees at the reception are always nice and helpful. We will return for sure! Nothing

Not enough hooks in the bathroom but that's a very easy fix. Other then this absolutely nothing to say
