Right next to a metro station. Very quiet. Good variety of food at breakfast. A mattress cover was used under the sheets which made sleepy sticky

The room is a bit small

The person in charge of the lobby the evening we arrived , and next mornings, and one or 2 others nights was very kind and helpful The other persons at the lobby were not as kind as he , not fully focused toward the customers. The air conditioning stopped in the morning, twice, and the person at the lobby did not even apologize at first. She was as s looking for excuse. Please, teach your employees to apologize at first when there are issues

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist (Fey? You were lovely, sorry if I messed up your name), who was very helpful and happy to answer all of our questions. The hotel was spotless, well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was quiet, with excellent sound insulation and blackout curtains, which made sleeping very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the hot summer days. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the amenities. The NUXE toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) were a nice premium touch. The room also included slippers, a safe, a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, tea, a kettle, sugar, cookies, and even a vanity kit with cotton pads, cotton buds, and a nail file (details that many hotels don’t provide.) The small balcony was a lovely place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The location is also very convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city center. There are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby, so everything you might need is within a few minutes’ walk. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. There wasn’t really anything significant to complain about. The elevator was a bit slow, but that’s a very minor issue. The Wi-Fi worked well overall, although the signal could have been a little stronger in some parts of the room. Other than that, everything met our expectations.

The ac is hot

The room didn’t have mini fridge so I couldn’t keep cool drinks (and it’s summer!) or fresh milk for my coffee.

I liked the fact that kids were allowed to have breakfast for FREE... The rooms were pretty small

I like the location and facilities. The house keeper did not do a good job of cleaning and providing toilet paper.

The room was spacious and comfortable for two people. It had a long working table, two chairs, and a sofa, which made it very convenient. The large window brought in lots of natural light and gave the room a nice, open feeling. The location was excellent — both the T3a light rail and M4 metro stations were very close, making it easy to get around. We didn’t try the breakfast, but overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Staff was very concerned and friendly Clean , most of the thing needed have nearby supermarket , restaurant pharmacy

the location was great, it was easily accessible from both the train station and the airport. also it’s pretty close to some really nice restaurants and places. there were some stains on some parts of the sheets. after a long day out, when we arrived the room had a damp smell. also there was no mechanical ventilation therefore the moisture after shower was staying in the room. some of the caulk in the shower was blackish.

Breakfast available every morning , good location if you don't want to be near any of the major monuments. Comfortable neighborhood for dining and corner store vibes. Close assess to public transportation Air conditioner was an extreme inconvenience. It partially worked to cool entire room. Staff provided fans and tried to fix the issue. No smart TV to access Netflix since all channels were in French. It would have been a nice option. Not walkable to any major monuments.

Small room

Breakfast was okay, tasted delicious but they can add a bit more variety of hot choices and less breads and sweets. Beds were clean and comfy and I love that they had a safe in room as well as clothing iron. Rooms were so tiny with hardly any space to move around especially for two people. No storage space for suitcases.

The showers stalks were very tall to enter

A convenient location near the Metro in a residential neighborhood makes for a great night of rest. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly & helpful; especially Hanad at the front desk! Nothing

I would like to thank Hanad for such being so warm and accommodating, happy to assist. My faucet was difficult to open and he took time with such a jolly heart There’s only one staff at night so you might not get assisted right away. But Hanad was on top of everything.

Central heating the rooms were way to hot so we didn’t sleep very well

breakfast was very good with diverse food and beverage There is only one small lift and it's not enough
