Staff and location Refrigerator is off when not in room. Had real problems with electricity and management did nothing. I had to state to the staff that I had to be assigned another room due to intermittent electricity.

The staff, the location and the equipment. The toilet had a transparent door in front of the bed. Of course when you are not traveling and staying alone in the room, but with a partner, friend or family member or colleague, it is not pleasant to want to use the toilet with them watching... We were taking shifts for who is going to be using it and the other outside of the room, waiting downstairs at the lobby. It was a glass door that even seemed expensive. It would have been cheaper and more functional to get a proper door or a wooden block instead.

The hotel is in a prime location, easily accessible via the M4 metro line and a nearby bus station hub. The hotel falsely advertised air conditioning as an available amenity. When we arrived, the staff refused to give us the AC remote, claiming that 'In Paris, hotels are not allowed to use air conditioning before June.' As a frequent traveler to this city, I know this is simply not true. This is clearly a management decision to save costs at the expense of guest comfort. Having AC was a main reason we chose this hotel, but the management deceived us and refused to help, even after we contacted Booking.com customer service. Additionally, the lighting in our 'Superior' room was very poor; the main lights did not work, and although there were USB reading lights, the hotel provided no USB ports or adapters to use them. We also found no power outlets near the table, so we had to put our suitcase on the floor to use it as a stand for the kettle. For a stay costing over €360 for three nights, this management policy is unacceptable. Travelers should be careful before booking a room here.

Clean affordable nice bedroom comfortable beds and a courteous stuff !!! Honestly great value!!

Thin walls

The blue eyed lady at the réception and the lady cleaning the rooms were very Nice and helpful.

The metro station Line 4 very near. With the navigo 5 zones weekly ticket we were able to travel all arround the city. Of course commuting was near 40 minutes every time, but it was easy. Supermarkets near by. Quiet neighboorhood. The Internet was good, I had a webex 3 hours call without problem. The minifridge was small but efficient, kept cold my KEFIR and yogurt.We did not ate breakfast at the hotel, but we bought stuff from the supermarket. The room was not cleaned properly. On Saturday the cleaning lady just changed towels and nothing else For this reason I rated low the cleaning. The other days replaced the towels, fixed the beds good and replaced tea, coffee and paper toilet. This irrated me because it was the last day and I wanted a clean room not sloppy cleaning without replaced consumables. The room was very small but we only stayed at night so no big deal. Carpet had stains.

The property was clean and the staff was very helpful

Great option well connected with all the city by bus or metro. The bed is very comfortable. Very cleaned with coffee. A little bit of noise some nights if you are very close to the elevator.

Everything was good and nice receptionist, I love everything about it. It’s closer to everywhere and restaurant all over. Thank you so much I think the toilet the space of where to shower is too small.. if that can be changed it will he perfect

Location was good. Breakfast was also ok. Room and wash room very small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great as we have family living nearby Broken kettle, broken bed side light, no cups and didn’t like that you couldn’t control shower temp without actually being in the shower.

Every was polite. Even the staff that spoke only a little English had cracked a joke or two every time I walked in! The refrigerator had older food still in so there was an Odor, but other than that I enjoyed the executive room. Worth the upgrade!!

The room was clean, organized, and well heated (I stayed in January). The staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful. In particular I'd like to point out Moumia, who went above and beyond to give me helpful suggestions on where to visit and how to use the public transportation. She even helped me find vegan friendly places to eat. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was. Overall I would say this was a great value hotel. There was little space to maneuver in the room and the bathroom. This wasn't a big issue for me but might be for some. The walls are a bit thin, so keep that in mind. Most nights were quiet, but a couple nights or early mornings I was awakened by noise from neighboring rooms which was a bit annoying.
