Location is great, rooms are clean, and relatively spacious. There are some with a bathtub even. Staff is helpful. Water pressure is great for Paris. There are enough electricity outlets. There's only one card per room, which is uneffective and an unnecessary burden from a logistics point of view. The bathtub was missing it's plug and the Soap dispenser didn't work, but I'm sure they'd have fixed that if asked but it wasn't necessary. Apart from the Soap dispenser, there were no bathroom amenities (which also isn't a negative point per se, just a caveat for those who travel with the expectation to find them). The WiFi disconnects every couple of hours.
