The staff were amazing The staff were a bit overwhelmed at breakfast and I had to wait a long time for coffee and cutlery

The guys were great, noticed we had been buying juice and things that needed a fridge and had installed a mini fridge in our room without even needing to ask

we love the location. quiet and pleasant neighborhood minutes away from all the major attractions. the hotel is not spacious but has all the necessary amenities. staff are friendly and helpful. the restaurant seems really nice although we bought coffee and bakeries every day in nearby cafe which is Paris attraction by itself. we also like the free candies and lemon ice tea in the reception. nothing

Spacious room with air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to the metro and a grocery store. The room smelled bad every time we entered, so we had to ventilate it. There was construction work happening at the hotel, and the walls were very thin, so we could hear everything. Breakfast was okay.

Chatillon Paris Montparnasse is a charming little three star French hotel that's clean, well maintained and represents a certain traditional character that the larger chain hotels can't match. The hotel is down a short side street so away from any road noise. The room was large, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was high quality. All the staff I encountered were both friendly and accommodating. There were signs of some renovations going on in the next door room to mine, so clearly the management are keeping on top of the maintenance. I liked it all...! Some people may find the lift a little small and old fashioned, but it does the job and quite honestly it adds to the traditional charm of the place.

This hotel is in a fairly quiet neighborhood, and its location in a cul-de-sac makes it very quiet and peaceful, with no traffic. An urban Carrefour grocery is a half-block away, and the Ave Jean Moulin has several restaurants on the block that were quite good. Everything about this hotel was thoughtfully presented, with double pillows, large and thick towels, a small refrigerator, USB plugins on both side of the bed, and luggage stands. It's an old building (hence the tiny but very welcome elevator) that has been lovingly restored. The front desk is open 24/7, and the clerks all spoke English. The breakfast is simple but good (eggs and sausage as well as croissants and sliced meats). The buslines are a block away at the Alesia intersection to get buses into the heart of town; in the other direction, it's not far to the tramline for cross-town travel.
