Excellent and convenient location, except for one, the staff was very kind and polite. The A/C was not functional between 2PM and 2AM on hot days; the refrigerator was lukewarm; no ice on premises.

I liked everything.
-
The location was great, right nearby a metro station and buses and the tram. Tbe room was very small for the price - typical Paris.

Arrived late at night, checked in with staff without problems. Small but generally well-equiped bathroom. Overall clean and well-equiped room with space to place your things. OK breakfast. Well-maintained building. Excellent location. Noise from corridor and neighbouring rooms.

The location is very advantageous, the metro stations are right next to the hotel, as are shops, bakeries, restaurants. Another important plus of the hotel was the inspired security, at night the doors are closed, someone is always at the reception and opens them, asks what room you are in, not just anyone comes in. The conditions and cleanliness are great, as is the very kind staff.

Clean, great location, pleasant staff. Would stay again
-
Location next to metro Not that clean (floor mats)
-
The room was very comfortable, soft bed and clean. Well organized. For me it every thing was ok

Good location near transport Being told to leave my room key at the front desk each time you leave. I don’t see this anywhere before booking. Their policy does not reflect what they are asking.
-
Pillows and how they don't let you get a coffee until 7 am not even a minute less even when the coffee machine is right there . And that you have to give them your room key ever time you step out
-
The room is clean and well cleaned daily - except for the amount of fine dust on bed and in the air (I suspect they seldom vacuum or properly wet clean everything - not unusual in this price range). The location is ideal for travelers; two reception staffs were friendly and helpful (one staff disappeared for an extended period of time - and he's the only staff on premises!).
-
It’s an excellent hotel with all the necessary facilities. It’s quite clean and the bathroom is mewly renovated. I didn’t like to give my cart everytime.
-
Really nice quality for a decent price. It's right next to the metro station which is awesome as well.

It was a pleasant location, suitable for anyone

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small, but that is very normal for Paris, and it was not smaller than any other hotel I’ve stayed in. Everything was very clean, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The location is convenient – the metro station is right in front of the door, and there are great cafés, restaurants, a bakery, and grocery stores nearby. It’s not in the very center, but still walkable, which I appreciated since I walk a lot. The staff were very friendly and responsive to all my questions, requests, and recommendations. A special thank you to Andrea at the front desk, who was especially kind and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I felt very comfortable here and will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Paris.

The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Nadia was a standout. It's a very clean hotel, close to public transport and excellent connections to other metro lines. There are affordable shops and places to eat in the neighbourhood. I recommend it.

The room was functional and clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location was central and we loved the patisserie across the street. We were disappointed that a main subway route was not functioning which made transportation to tourist sites a bit trickier.

The rooms were a bit small, but that was to be expected for the price. The breakfast buffet was lackluster in my opinion, and we did only eat there the first morning. I do hear that it's similar to what French people typically eat for breakfast. We also had to leave our key card at the front desk when we went out, which I thought was a bit weird.
