Location was outstanding, but the Junior Suite should not be rented out in the summer. The AC is inadequate and a table fan was provided upon request. The fridge was not working and was replaced on day 5 of a 6 day visit. Need a better AC, a better fridge. Better maintenance. On Sunday the power went at 11 pm. There is ONE emergency light at the foot of the stairwell for the entire hotel! And there was one staff at site who was helpless and told us on Sundays they only have emergency staff on call. And that too 45 mins away!! Definitely not a luxury hotel, but severely overpriced. The one redeeming feature was the day Staff, Sanaa who is way too good for this hotel!

Amazing location and the staff, especially Sanaa, are absolutely amazing. Lots. The AC in the Junior suite was not working. We were sent to another hotel the first night while they fixed it. It was better for the remaining 5 days but we needed a portable fan to be able to sleep. The fridge didn’t work. On day 5 they replaced it. So no cold water or cold beverages in the summer heat. WiFi in the room was good for normal stuff but streaming things was a challenge. At 650 Euros it was a rip off. But when I left I was given a 50% refund. But that still doesn’t cut it for me.

Staff and ambiance. Room well equipped and very comfortable. Staircase quite tight and tricky with luggage.

Breakfast and location both excellent.

Convenient location, good rooms, convivial personnel. A rare gem in the centre of Paris, especially so close to Elysees.

First room was disappointing,(very small) but the hotel upgraded the room based on our previous request for a tub without any additional charges. Staff was very nice and attentive and the upgraded room (W) was beautiful and in line with what we had expected. The breakfast was a bonus and the location was good. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Paris ! We were able to walk to many places , including the Eiffel Tower, which took 30 minutes but we loved it !! The Hotel staff also addressed a situation with taxi driver who no showed for our airport run, making us leave 25 minutes later than scheduled but they paid for the taxi as a courtesy. The Hotel's Customer service was excellent -Highly recommend this Hotel ! N/A
