Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was great for Paris and breakfast staff were lovely. We arrived early at 7am and the hotel wasn’t equipped to handle our early arrival (albeit we advised them before hand). The night staff were flippant and seemed irritated we were there. It seemed to be a hassle for them to store our bags until our room was ready. Our toilet didn’t flush properly and the water kept running. The pool area felt grubby and not very clean. This is a 4 star restaurant at best.

Location safety and close to all high end shopping . BreSkfast was great and so was dinner by Italian chef . A good place to stay for short trip Rooms very hot and though it is refurbished but old . We had to do three room changes once we checked in after a long drive which was very frustrating and how much they tried ac was hot and some parts of rooms had no power at night . They gave us some chocolate and wine thank you . Spa we could not experience as no availability . Car park was very far away and cost 45 euros p night and rooms have no view
