Room service is very disappointing , not worth the money our first stay was perfect this was was meh.

The location was amazing Staff was polite. The rooms design was very uncomfortable. The shower in the bathroom was designed so wrong all the water from the shower was getting out on the floor, making it a great danger. I am sure the management knew all about it but they still give the room to customers. Luckily no one fell. The closet doors were blocked by the desk and we couldn’t use the drawers. The aisle in the room was like 10 m and useless but probably considered in the room size.

The location was great and very central to anything and everything around the city It’s definitely not up to par to be called a five star hotel. The prices are charged as if it were a five star hotel but it definitely has many many issues and is definitely not a level of a five star hotel.

Location was brilliant !!! If your a women who loves to shop - this is your location! Close to all shops - short walking distance from most popular sights within Paris city. Breakfast was good at the hotel - freshly made green juices , crepes , eggs, French toast etc. the bar at the hotel was cozy and did great cocktails. Great for an evening drink before heading out to dinner . The housekeeping staff was a little slow. The entrance lobby of the hotel is dated . Could use some aesthetic improvements. The hotel has some signs of looking old - small leak in the bathroom, towels looked like they had been washed way too many times. Guess the hotel needs a little upgrade.

Great location, close to museums, shopping. Very friendly staff, great rooms. Overall wonderful experience in the Maison Delano Paris. My wife and I are definitely will be back again Maybe breakfast could have more options
