The housekeeping team is great and room service is perfect. Breakfast could finish a bit later specially during the week end.

Location is very ideal, rooms are clean and staff is helpful. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times already.

They have the most incredible staff i have ever seen in a hotel in this size. They made us feel like we are home. No need to say anything more about the facility and locationz Nothing at all

The location and staff are amazing. We went on our honeymoon and they received us with balloons, dessert and a welcome letter! It was so lovely. It was a great stay.

Location was perfect- truly the epicenter of all things you want to see in Paris. Walking distance to everything + high end shopping on Rue St. Honore. Very, very, safe area- near 5 or 6 embassies- all guarded by the French police. Concierge was super helpful. Ate at the onsite restaurant, breakfast twice and dinner once. Dinner was one of the better meals I had during our visit to Paris. An international hotel loved its cultural sensibilities. Yes, a little more on the expensive side, but we felt it was worth it, felt like a small boutique hotel. Construction on the street but they can’t control that.

Excellent hotel in superb location. Hotel is on a quiet street (Boissy d'Anglas) that cannot be accessed by car without authorization as it neighbors the US Embassy and the Elysée Palace (official residence of the President of France ). The cross street (Faubourg St-Honoré) is iconic from a shopping point of view (among others, Hermes' flagship store as well as numerous other luxury brands such as Cartier, Chanel, Dior, Lanvin, Alaia, Goyard, Loewe, just to name a few, are a stone's throw away). Hotel is only minutes away by foot from prime sightseeing spots (Place de la Concorde, 2 min. away; Place Vendome, 2 minutes away; Jardins des Tuileries/Louvre, 15 minutes away; Invalides, 15 minutes away; Champs Elysée and Arc de Triomphe, 15 minutes away). There is also a metro station as well as a taxi stand conveniently located right by the hotel. A wide array of fantastic cafés, bistros, bakeries and restaurants are all within minutes by foot. The staff was lovely and very responsive at all times. The breakfast was wonderful and my family very much appreciated that in addition to the buffet, there were a number of excellent à la carte options at no additional cost. The room we stayed in (Junior Suite) was very enjoyable thanks to high ceilings, a walk-in closet and an incredibly comfortable bed. We were especially grateful for the attention paid to my 9 year old son upon arrival (a Le Petit Prince stuffed animal as well as Petit Prince toiletries and slippers were placed in the room for him). Nothing negative comes to mind

breakfast could be better. It's not a buffet when you charge extra even for a porridge. I asked a waiter at a breakfast to please bring me a glass of juice, he showed me with his hand where I can go and pour myself a juice. Really, 5-star Sofitel?

Only comfortable beds Location very hard to enter and small rooms which you can’t move easily and no place for luggage to put on and some bad smells and it’s too much expensive Doesn’t worth
-
Walking distance to everything! Beautiful large room with comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Perfect hotel, loved it! Nothing to dislike.
-
Location and Staff. Breakfast is minimal for the price, bathroom is old similar to what you see in 3 stars hotel. This hotel is overpriced.
-
The staff was so rude and they aren’t professional at all
-
Very good location, the staff very exceptionally courteous. the room was very comfortable. We had booked a week trip to Paris to celebrate my wife 60th birthday, the staff sent a very nice greeting card and had a selection of fruit basket. There was road work on the same street and during the day it was a bit noisy
-
Clean Staff The noise behind my room at 622 Always sound of door slamming I don’t know if it’s service door for cleaning or kitchen
-
The hotel staff was excellent, always offering helpful suggestions for dining and sightseeing. The room's main bathroom had some plumbing issues with the sink, and the other half-bath could use some paint touch-up work.
