Location, hotel and staff Nothing

The garden was lovely Elevator didn’t work and I had to shlap my suitcase to the third floor and back. The shower had a terrible odor. That was unbearable

Location and breakfast This is definitely not a 4-star hotel! I have three children, and my wife is pregnant. Despite that, we were assigned a room on the fourth floor of a building with a broken elevator. Every day we were told it would be fixed, but it never was. The room still had food left behind by the previous guest, and it was never properly cleaned during our entire stay. The bathroom toilet was dirty, and the soap dispenser was empty. In short, I will never stay here again. It was a terrible experience. The only things that deserve praise are the location and the breakfast.

Nothing

Nothing Terrible property had a power cut for 12 hours and was terribly uncomfortable as huge heat wave in Paris. Lot of guests left as power was restored at 1 am in the morning. Housekeeping was not done on any day and had to fight for same on daily basis. Staff was trying hard but could not perform due to professional and management failure.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Keep returning!

So the breakfast which cost 20.00 a person which is expensive had very poor choices . I have multiple issues with breakfast such as coffee not good ,,eggs were cold, bacon not appetizing at all, very small choices for buffett. In addition my spouse is gluten free and had "extremely" limited choices. Not a good experience for expensive hotel. Please look at true Hotel Buffets and the many choices they offer. A hotel such as this really has to better accommodate in quantity and dietary needs. The price far exceeded what was received. On a side note I ordered a bucket of ice in the afternoon waited 3 hrs after not getting the ice and then went to front desk and waited again never showed up again and just did not want to bother again. Room 122 look it up June 11

Elegant ambience, great location near restaurants and bars, while very close to a metro station. After reception, had to cross three or more buildings in a courtyard, then, walk a long corridor to my room. If weather is good, patio may be nice, if not, you’re crossing a paving stone path in open air, which is also not great when carrying your luggage.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is truly excellent — just steps away from both the metro and bus stops, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The interior garden is a real bijoux, a charming and peaceful spot that adds a lot of character to the property. My room was quiet and comfortable, offering a restful environment after long days out. On the downside, the restaurant service during dinner did not meet expectations. The waiters seemed disorganized and not particularly attentive. More concerning, we were served a different wine than the one listed on the menu — and at a significantly higher price — without any prior notice or explanation. This left a negative impression and is something the hotel should address promptly. Overall, the stay was enjoyable thanks to the location and ambiance, but the dining service needs serious improvement.

Room #032 This is the hotel I’ll stay at again when I return to Paris!! This hotel was convenient to family. This hotel’s room did not disappoint – pleasant and courteous staff willing to assist with any requests. The hotel is clean, bright, airy, great AC (mine got ‘stuck’ on 18celcius…64 degrees). The hotel staff quickly came to the room, identified the problem and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. After I was in the room for 30-minutes, a hotel employee came and asked if the hotel met my expectations (never had this type of customer service before). When in Paris – put this hotel at the top of your list! Everything was great

The room smell horrible

Excellent location, walking distance to some of the best shopping and restaurants in Paris. It was nice to walk through the courtyard to get to the room. All of the small details were off here, especially at this price point and in this location. Tacky branded furniture in the courtyard, fake flowers adorning the pergolas, tasteless and uninspired throughout. The room itself was reasonably sized for the price point and location, but again the small details were lacking in elegance and sophistication. A microwave and coffee maker that didn't work, a mini-kitchen but no dishware or utensils, two wine glasses with no wine key, an elevator that stopped working.

Great location. We got an upgrade, which was great and appreciated. Overall was fine, did the job and it was great to have AC while it was so hot. The garden area was also lovely. The building we were in did not reflect 4 stars. Additionally, while this isn't the properties fault, the price on Booking.com was significantly cheaper the day of the reservation, and they (Booking.com) has been extremely difficult with the price adjustment process, which was approved but they are not refunding. To have such a swing in pring ($500+) makes it difficult to trust as I'd rather have booked through the hotel and then would've gotten perks.

Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Access to bus routes and Metro was a reasonable walk Not in a major tourist area Room 321 was a disaster. Very small. Could not get to the toilet unless you wedged yourself in the corner of the sink and shower so you could close the door because the toilet was BEHIND the door. They moved me when I complained. The room was better but there was a bar across the street that was pretty noisy.
