Great location first of all. Great restaurants nearby and a lively neighborhood. The hotel itself is quite old - nothing horrible but nothing more than fine.

Location and old world charm The shower was weird. We emailed about early Check I. And they said if available but never mentioned a fee. The staff came a took the iron and ironing board out of our room.

We loved just about everything - the hotel was nicely decorated and well maintained, the staff was friendly and very accommodating the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, the location was convenient for shopping and public transportation. We couldn't control the air to make a little cooler but we were still comfortable.

This hotel felt like it's on its last days open. It was outdated and old, stained carpets, very little staff and lifeless. Clearly gone through its hay-day from the 1990s and early 2000s with rooms that used to be 700.- Euros and now are overpriced at 250.- Euros (ish) per night. If you look at the area you can get way better value for money than staying here...
