Our host Claire was wonderful -- so thoughtful and accommodating to our needs and requests. Breakfast was delicious. Being able to drop off our bags early was really helpful. The apartment was well laid out, and we really enjoyed the personal furnishings and touches. Everything was excellent. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub, but it looked fabulous.

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing stay. A few of us have been to Paris several times and stayed in various places, but this experience truly stood out as one of my favorites—largely because of our wonderful host, Claire. From the start, Claire was kind, responsive, and respectful—both in messages and in person. There were a few last-minute changes with our group, and while it was understandably a bit unexpected at first, Claire showed grace and understanding. She chose to trust my word and went out of her way to accommodate us, which meant a lot. Her warmth and willingness to work with us made all the difference. Although we spent most of our time out exploring the beautiful city, Claire still made sure we started our days right with fresh breakfast each morning. Her home was a haven of comfort and space—offering not just the essentials, but so much more: a Jacuzzi, a piano, a large projection screen that came down from the ceiling, a spacious kitchen, multiple balconies, and several bathrooms. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Claire’s place to anyone visiting Paris (subway is very close by)—especially if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet area to return to after a day in the city, paired with the care of a truly lovely host. If I had to mention one small challenge, it would be the parking. While it’s understandable given that it's Paris, the nearest garage was about a 10–15 minute walk in the opposite direction of our daily plans. That said, Claire does allow you to drop your luggage off at the place first, then you can head to the garage. Plus, we ended up discovering a beautiful nature park right next to the garage, which was a delightful surprise and made the walk well worth it.

Big private place, lovely host accommodating special requests such as late check out, salty breakfast or payment at the checkout. Jacuzzi is a big plus, don’t wait until the last evening to use it, absolutely gorgeous. Short walk to metro, maybe 7 min but long metro journey to center. And the piano is truly amazing, good to play, not just furniture :) beautiful park 2 min walk. All is very old, especially bathrooms need serios renovations. No space to stay outside on the terrace with the group, we were 7 and only 2 chairs barely fitting. Bathroom upstairs has no door.

Spacious apartment, hot jacuzzi, smart TV, puzzles, comfortable bed, dishwasher, close to the bus stop, subway station, and restaurants. The neighbors were noisy, not enough towels for a 4-night stay, the bathroom was a little bit unclean, and the breakfast lacked diversity.

We loved having a place large enough to comfortably fit extended family. It allowed us to enjoy Paris but have space to cook dinner, lounge, etc. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast delivered each morning was such a treat. The flat was super close to Metro line 4 which was just what we needed to get around. Loved the property!

Wonderful host, very kind and accommodating. The apartment had most things you would need. The hot tub on the terrace was nice. The apartment was comfortable, but everything seemed to be tired and needing an update. The breakfast was very nice. I think the apartment in general needs an update and a good cleaning in the bathroom. The kitchen appliances are a bit tired. The furnishings need an update as well.

The friendly welcome, the spacious room and the nice breakfast. All was most fine, cannot think of any.

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.
