Great location and very comfortable room. For such a famous 5star at this price we were left feeling a little underwhelmed. Tea cups not replaced, room service left in room after service, toiletries not replenished. It wasn’t poor but usually when we stay at a hotel priced like this we leave feeling pampered - on this occasion we didn’t.
