Top floor a bit basic but we understand it is being refurbished September 2026.

Great location, lovely staff. Would recommend The room walls are thin, as we found out due to some inconsiderate guests disturbing our sleep. This is of course no fault of the hotel

Excellent location with easy access to Metro and plenty Brasseries and other restaurants nearby. The hotel is being renovated at the moment so a few problems with bathroom fitments, although noise from works restricted to 10am to 3pm. Notice of renovations however should have been given pre booking

Great location and cozy room for a short stay Can be too small for two people..we didnt mind as mostky we were out

The staff and the location. Superb reception staff (only remember Vincent’s name but also the lovely young guy that was on duty the day of our arrival) The location is superb especially for Bon Marché - but generally central St Germain so fabulous:-) Nothing really. Tiny thing but hey, I’m a girl, better hairdryer in rooms generally would be great … such a small thing in the scheme of things :-) everything else lovely. Especially staff. Everyone including chamber staff greeted us with bonjour and warm welcome whenever they saw us. We appreciated this very much.

-very friendly staff -fantastic location, just a 4-5 min walk to the metro station that conveniently goes direct go Gare du Nord -large room for Parisian standards -comfy bed -air conditioning -came with a mini-fridge -the room was a bit run down ((the carpets need to be replaced and the shower drain had some issues that caused the water to easily build up and overflow so I had to stop the water every so often to let it drain before turning it on again) --> they're doing renovations for a couple of floors in the hotel so hopefully if the other rooms get renovated then this won't be an issue any longer -although there was air conditioning you wouldn't be able to feel it if the curtains are closed because the AC unit is right below the window. But if you leave the curtains open then you have light in your room in the morning making it hard to sleep

Amazing location and lovely unusual boutique style hotel. Nothing really! Property was great value for money for the location.

The location was good for us. I love shopping and the hotel is near Le bon Marche. Also a lot of cafes and restaurants near. The room itself was very small. The air condition system was so loud. The pillows and bed itself not so comfy

This property is terrible. The rooms are small dark and do not look at all like the photos when we arrived. The air-conditioning in the room had broken and the portable air-conditioner was completely ineffective. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. Rooms were solid and air-conditioning did not work
