This hotel is located steps away from the Metro “Glaciere” stop - very convenient. The breakfast included was very nice, diverse & fresh. The staff were very friendly, professional & polite. Glad to have filtered water available free on every floor. My stay was during the extreme heat wave of June 2026 in Paris; the RGM AC system was mediocre for a Marriott Hotel (the AC at the 3 star Hotel Vic Eiffel, with a smaller room was EXCELLENT during my stay there (before I moved to the RGM to meet my family). Perhaps it’s an older building but with the recurring heat waves in Paris for the future, an investment needs to be made in drastically improving the AC system.

Tried to order room service one evening and called twice, nobody answered. Had to order Uber eats instead.

The event I came for was in the same hotel. It served the purpose. Breakfast was good and lots of nice restaurants around.

Not much just a great view of the city, and not far from attractions. No A/C, staff refused to accommodate based on complaints, promised refund for accommodations and did not refund. Customer service for room service were poor. Breakfast was poor for the expense of 50$.

It’s located at the heart of all directions of the Paris Metro system, making it an ideal starting point for a vacation. The rooms were a bit old and not as modern as those at a Marriott, with smart rooms and lighting. The prices were also a bit lower than usual.

Very comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was nice. It was quiet and easy to access the metro. We were told that taxis charge a flat rate of 65 Euros to CDG. We were charged 85 Euros, twice. The second charge has been removed from my card.

The hotel is in a good location, close to metro stops. The breakfast was wonderful. We didn’t find any better chocolate croissants during our whole stay there. The staff is lovely, especially Michael, the maitre d at the breakfast.

Fresh cold filtered water from central area was a real plus. Easy to navigate to room; elevators quick. Nice hot hot shower plentiful absorbent towels. Breakfast was plentiful but many items were cold, coffee line very long; would have appreciated beans with breakfast for protein choice and a rice dish. Warm croissants were no where to be found. Breakfast was subpar for a Marriott property. Room was dimly lit.

The smell of the bathroom is stinky all of our stay. and it seems to be normal for the the staff since they didn't take any action when I reported this to the reception.
