it was clean and close to the metro station it was kind of hot and room didn’t have air conditioning(we got the most simple room)
-
clean and close to metro the window couldn’t open to the full extend ,so it was kinda of hot cause our room didn’t have air conditioning
-
The elevator was very slow. Also, no AC during summer in a dorm is really unexpected (even though they provide fan but it wasn’t a proper one)
-
There was no AC, not even fans or something to bear the heat wave
-
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être mieux et le personnel du restaurant un peu plus aimable.
-
Clean, convenient and within my budget No frills meet the basic needs No air conditioning so when windows are open can get noisy. The place can get crowded with school kids.

Friendly staff, luggage storing facility when need catching late train or flight.

Clean and good value. Very small rooms. Secured for school trips.
-
Location Rooms are very small

The cozy modern interior architecture. Breakfast is good. Toilets are separated from douches

It is very good located and spotless clean. The building is also well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is canteen stuff but good. The staff at the breakfast room is superb and everything is very good organized to manage the loads of people. It is a youth hostel and for the price (100 Euro for a double room quite expensive). The walls are very thin (you can hear everything from the neighbor room), I understand that food and beverages are forbidden here (lots of young people in groups). The pillows are very uncomfortable.

The beds have no curtains, lack of privacy. Other than that the room is great.
-
The only comment I have is regarding the absence of soap in the bathroom. It's a basic item that needs to be provided.

The fact that I, as a solo traveler, could spend a full week in Paris (original reservation was for 5 nights, I added two more) in a private room, with breakfast included (a real breakfast, with lots of protein options), for only around one hundred euros per night, is amazing. On top of that, the facilities are spotless, and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. It's a short walk to the metro, which puts the entire city at your feet. The lobby can be overwhelming, as it is a huge hotel that caters to big youth groups, conventions, etc. But once I was in my room, it was very quiet, and I slept like a baby (with my foam ear plugs, which I always wear when I travel). I was surprised at the comfort of the bed and pillows, as I'm super picky about these things. The water pressure in the shower was strong and hot, and I appreciated the shower gel as I forgot mine. They even serve dinner, which will not earn any Michelin stars, but was totally decent for around 8 euros! There is also a fabulous tiny Vietnamese restaurant nearby (I can't recall the name). Finally, importantly, the staff were very kind and helpful. I'm sure it's a logistic nightmare to run such a large touristic business! Well done, FIAP.

The installations are great, and the staff is super friendly. The strictness in security.
