The property was really good for its value! It really was cheaper than the majority of other places during national holidays The staff was really friendly and the accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and spacious for Paris? The one and only BIG problem was the location, our taxi driver once said that we chose the worst district of Paris? It really didn’t feel safe near the hotel, however inside the hotel we didn’t feel that. But! It is really close to the Paris Gare du Nord, so it was nice to go there by foot

Nothing. Literally nothing The location was really bad. The rooms were smelly. The property in itself was bad. We literally said f*ck it and moved to another hotel after our first night even though we had paid for multiple nights.

It is very clean property. Staff is so friendly and professional. Heater was very good in the room. Whatever you need it, you can find it in the room. Location to city center was not the best but it is very close to the metro station.

The shower didn’t drain well and before we realized it leaked onto the floor. Something guests should watch for.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Silence during the night. Although not precisely in the nicest area of Paris, it is well connected to the public transport network of the city. The breakfast might have been a little bit overpriced for what it was.

Metro is close by, staff was helpful The hallway smell is very unpleasant, room is not sound proof you can even hear when someone sneeze next room, outside is noisy.Surrounding area is very unsafe and very dirty, a lot of unhoused people.
