The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Pros: hotel managed parking, very good AC, close to the metro, and plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, and Montmartre is within walking distance.

The staff was helpful and nice. Location was ok, a little rough of a neighborhood but if you want the real Paris, it is that. Beds and bathroom was clean. It did have air conditioning but didn’t work great. Hotel is more dated than what the pictures appear. Location was not as nice as we had hoped. It was very hard to sleep with the room being so warm. Probably would have been better if there wasn’t a heat wave at the time.

Questionable neighborhood but all cities have that.

The rooms were great - one for our son with limited mobility had an easy access bathroom and plenty of space for us while the other room was on the quiet side of the building and perfect for our teenage girls. Staff were very helpful and friendly giving us advice on request about getting around on the buses, trains and metro. Great location to explore Paris from without being right in the expensive tourist areas. Even though we were further out, it did not take long to get around and we were only about 15 minutes drive to Gare Du Nord. There was a bit of street noise a couple of nights but generally okay.

The location was convenient for me - right next to the metro station, which made it ideal for an overnight stay after a late flight into BVA. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the room was quiet. It was cold outside and the heating in the room wasn’t working, so it felt rather chilly.

Convenient to metro. They were able to hold our luggage before check in No refrigerator in room as stated in the amenities but hotel offered to store our things in their refrigerator.

The only thing I would recommend they have a long handle squeegee in the bathroom to help clean up the water.

Location was great. We could smell food in our hotel room, which was a bit unpleasant.

The location is close to Metro station and you can reach any important touristic point in max 30 minutes. Near the hotel there are 2 nice restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was very rich and varied and at good price (only 10 euros). The staff was very nice and we received a sweet present on Christmas Eve. It was a great surprinse, a proof that Santa Clause exist. ? Also, at the end of our stay, the gentleman from the reception gave us a 3 day discount for the breakfast. ? The panel that control the air conditioning system was very difficult to operate.
