Wonderful experience again...our third time at this hotel. Nicolas at the reception and concierge was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful! Charles helped us with our restaurant reservation as well.. and cant thank the housekeeping team that always do a great job in making up the room and providing extra coffee and creamers. Overall cant ask for anything more. Also happy to see that the hotel has renovated elevators, carpets etc. To top it all, the breakfast here is one of the best we have had in Paris. Huge spread and could order stuff as well. Thank you...will be back! Everything was excellent, cant fault anything to be honest.
