We keep coming back. The hotel has a lot of knowledgeable and friendly staff. There is always someone at the desk. No need to wait for 20 minutes hoping to catch someone to check you in. There is always someone to assist you. This is still a real hotel, in the best part of the city.

Location, AC, Breakfast and staff were all fabulous Bath/Shower was not easy to get in and out of not really safe for children , elderly or disabled people

Kind, caring, and respectful staff. The hotel is perfectly located for travelers exploring France, with the train station just a short walk away, making it exceptionally convenient for onward travel. Perfect for solo travelers.

The coffee machine was available all the time, and I was able to have several meetings in the breakfast room. The air conditioning made all the difference. I would come again. The staff were so friendly, and it was super quiet. I loved being so close to Gare de Lyon, and lots of good restaurants. I don't have any complaints.

The staff are excellent The property is great. I know I am paying less because it’s a little further from locations that I want to visit

Clean and nice Good breakfast

Location is perfect. Very close to Gare de Lyon and to main Metro stations. The surroundings are also good. The street was not noisy at night. The hotel has an elevator. The breakfast area is very nice and the selection of items is excellent. Good value. Centrally located. Very nice staff. Feels safe. The carpet could use some cleaning. The room had a kettle for coffee or tea. There was instant coffee and tea available n the room but only on the first day out of a total of three nights that I stayed, so I could not take advantage of having coffee in the morning in my room except for the first day.

Location was ideal, steps from the Gare de Lyon.

No plug by the headboard and noisy heat pump that can't be turned off/controlled.

Location is very very close to the Gare de Lyon station. Lots of public transportation is available all around the place. The personnel at the reception were very well behaved and very supportive. Breakfast was good. Room and bathroom were all good. However there was no cupboard or table in that room. All they have in that room is a tiny metal stand and three tiny shelfs attached to the wall. I had to boil drinking water in the bathroom.

Good location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. The room was clean and in good condition. The room was oddly shaped and it was difficult to get around the bed. There weren’t any electrical plugs beside the bed to charge electronics. There was a smokey smell and noise from the the toilet room through a window that opened into a mechanical alcove.

Close to train station Flat pillows on the bed. Was not provided wifi at check in. Was on a card at reception.

Nice large bathrooms Very small bedroom

Not much space in the room.

No minifridge and limited space to hang clothes.

Close to the Gare de Lyon (trains and Metro}

I liked the fact that it was so close to the Gare de Lyon.

Everything went well to my liking

Perfect location. Friendly staff. AC produces a bad smell. No place to sit down apart from the bed and a small steel chair. No fridge or microwave oven.
